great enthusiasm and expertise - With great enthusiasm and expertise, our guide told us interesting anecdotes and historical details about every location we went to. The journey started in the center of Cusco, where we strolled around the stunning buildings and lively streets. Seeing the magnificent Cusco Cathedral and the Temple of the Sun (Qorikancha), where we were able to learn about the remarkable Incan engineering and the blending of Spanish and Inca civilizations, was the high point of the trip.

Great tour! - Loved spending a half day touring Inka sites around Cusco. We had extra time while acclimating for our Machu Picchu trek and this was a perfect tour to gain insight. Our guide, Miguel, was fabulous.

High above Cuzco. - Great way to learn about the Inca culture and explore some incredible ruins. Walther our guide was extremely well versed in all aspects of culture and history of the Incas. We were very fortunate in that there were only 3 of us and we were able to conduct our tour in a very relaxed manner. I would recommend this tour to anyone who is interested in exploring the Inca history of the Cusco region.

A full day packed into half a day - At Sacsayhuaman there were free roamin llamas and one was very kind and let the human be photographed with it. Q'enqo had the narrow passages leading to the area where important folks were mummified. Pukapukarawas a way point for travelers, with many Incan era walls still standing. Tambomachay has a unique water feature that is still functioning today, and ceremonial niches. Get tour and it gives you a sample of the sites close to Cusco.

Great Tour! - Not only was Walter very knowledgeable, he also was friendly. Not once did he seem like he was in a rush. He took plenty of time to answer our many questions.

Highly Knowledgeable experience - Jose was a fabulous tour guide. He has so much knowledge of the area and provided clear answers to anything we asked. We felt like we learned so much about the ruins and the history. He also had a lovely picture book that allowed us to visually see what he was educating us on. I highly recommend this tour.

Good tour but not quite as advertised - The tour was excellent, plenty of interesting information for the sites we visited, which gave much needed context to the ruins we saw. Walther was a great guide. The reason I've given 3 stars is the tour isn't as advertised, we didn't visit Qurikancha at all, and the historical sites were wrapped up in about 2.5 hours. We were completely finished in 3.5 hours. Considering this I'm not sure it's worth the money.
