Trailriding experience with Grimaldo and Sameer - Gabriel, Grimaldo and Sameer were lovely hosts. I really enjoyed the trail ride across their ranch and the tour of Incan temples. It was great to hear the Incan practices from knowledgable guides. We crossed several terrains. Horses were well behaved and a pleasure to ride on. It's clear they are well treated. On the whole, I recommend this to anyone considering this experience.

Amazingly serene morning ride - So I booked a group tour and it actually ended up being private 1:1 with Gabriel as the others initially supposed to join were unwell!
Had a lovely few hours soaking in the beautiful landscape around us and history from Gabriel. The horses were very well cared for and it was clear that Gabriel had an immense passion for his job and the ranch. Little snack bag was delicious too, I even had leftovers to bring back :)

Solo Tour - Gabriel was absolutely fantastic. He picked me up from my hotel personally, and gave me a tour over all kinds of terrain. He was full of knowledge about different Inca sites and even took me cave exploring upon request. 5/5.

Best thing to do in Cusco! - I have taken the Mystic Tour 3x with Gabriel since 2019. I canāt say enough positive things about the trip! Door to door ground transportation service in a nice van with excellent driver, beautiful well-cared for horses, absolutely breath taking scenery, and in-depth knowledge and education about Incan culture and the local environment.

A gentle way to embrace the land in Peru - We had the most beautiful experience with Gabrielle. His horses are all free roaming on his 100acre land . So once we got the hoses in and saddled up , we then walked off through breathtaking countryside and then appeared at the temple of the moon .
Here we rested the horses and walked around while Gabriel delighted us with his knowledge and passion of his homeland .
Then back on the horses and again up we went further through the landscape, through ancient villages and fields . It was such a wonderful day to share with my 12 friends .
We was looked after at all times and stopped again to enjoy some snacks provided for us by Gabriel . Then we visited a cave and then back on the horses along winding paths and through an eucalyptus forest.
Some of my friends had never ridden a horse and everyone was looked after and cared for . We had lots of helpers , including Sergio was a delight to be around . His knowledge of plants and trees along the way was both educational and fascinating .
Gabriel is a kind man with a deep passion for this land and his horses and this is greatly complimented by Sergio and his deep Andean Roots.
Thank you for a wonderful half day of riding and fun .
I highly recommend

Spectacular views and a beautiful day - We had the best day ever with Gabriele and Sergio at the ranch. Watching the horses roam free over 100 aces was a delight to know they are free and looked after in-between the riding with tourists.
Gabriel picked us up at 9 am from our hotel, took us the ranch , where we got the horses ready. Then we went off for the day up into the landscape. Gabriele was so patient with us and helped us so much getting on and off the horses. The horses were calm and steady and we felt safe and looked after the entire time. My husband is nervous riding and Gabriele and Sergio ensured he was looked after and helped at all times.
.We explored many areas and took in breathtaking views along the way. Sergio the helper delighted us with information about herbal remedies from the land and his knowledge was beautiful of the Andean traditions. Gabriele shared many facts about the culture and scenery and between them it was a wonderful way to gain some real beauty about the way people live here in Peru.
They were so welcoming and made us feel very relaxed all day.
We rested the horse along the way while we shared lunch made by Gabriele's wife, which was delicious. I love the fact we rested the horses occasionally, it showed how much they were respected and looked after.
My luggage had not arrived in Cusco and Gabrielle brought spare rain macs for me in case i needed something, his kindness and thoughtfulness was a beautiful addition to the days riding. The weather was glorious and the sun shone and the smell of fresh eucalyptus was amazing as we rode through the forest and hillsides. West many communities and spectacular views. My altitude sickness faded completely and i felt very grounded and held the entire time.
It was like a good welcome to Peru day out. If you are feeling unsettled, ungrounded or wanting a shift in altitude sickness then this certainly helped that as well as having a wonderful day riding .
I highly recommend Gabriele's ranch, we came here 12 years ago and he welcomed us back like old friends. If you want a really lovely afternoon , day or longer seeing some incredible views and enjoy some great company then book with these people. You will be thoroughly looked after.
We spent the entire day up with Gabriele who brought us back to our hotel around 5pm, totally highly recommend.

Mind-blowing views, gentle Peruvian horse, and a passionate and ethical host - Make the time for this amazing afternoon (or morning) with Gabriel on his ranch, with his beautiful horses and mind-blowing views. I am not a rider, but absolutely loved these hours which were the highlight on my time in Cuzco.
The booking was super easy, Gabriel himself picked us up right on time from our Cuzco hotel and the cultural and historical lesson started right there in his car. He is as knowledgeable about the Inca culture as he is about the land around the farm. And about horses, and particularly the Peruvian breed on his farm.
We particularly loved how his horses are treated - in a very ethical way compared to the very poor state of some of the horses in the surrounding farms. Gabriel's horses are free to roam around the farm, and are saddled only when guests arrive. Other horses in neighbouring farms are put in pens, already saddled and waiting for "clients". This is not right.
We absolutely loved this activity and thoroughly encourage you to go for it, even if you do not have horse riding experience.

Mostly walking tour - Barely any riding and when we did mostly walking until I asked to go faster, im saddened to write a review like this as they were lovely people and very knowledgeable but I feel like it was severely over priced.
