A perfectly organized + attentive caring staff for a stress-free trip enjoyable Andes region experience. - I had one of the best overnight bus travel experiences with Peru-Bolivia Hop team. From a punctual start at the departure point (in Cusco), the staff showed great amount of patience in briefing and taking care of small details to make this trip worthwhile. Upon next day arrival in Puno, early morning breakfast was ready and onwards short trip to the floating islands with the perfect timing to watch the sunrise was spot on precise. The main highlight of crossing over to Bolivia and immigration support was well managed. Excellent and friendly support from Abner all along is greatly appreciated and worthy of praise. Thereon, after crossing over to the Bolivian side, Luis took over and he was such a fun, calm and lively guy to give valuable tips and make the journey like a breeze. As informed/advised by the Bolivia Hop team, i had chosen an accommodation in one of the recommended areas and was dropped off accordingly, thanks to Luis for being such a great help and super warm friendly guy to drop us off at the doorstep of the accommodation. In a nutshell, I would recommend Peru-Bolivia Hop with every positive adjective in the book. These guys are experts at managing and organizing for a hassle free and memorable experience of these Latin American (Andean region) countries. Wishing them huge amounts of luck and keep up the great work guys!!!

What an experience! - Lorenzo was a very good guide! We could always go to him with our questions and concerns. It was very nice traveling with Peru Hop, I felt very safe and was glad that I didn't have to worry that much about practical stuff, I recommend!

Cusco to Lima over 14 days - Andrea was a great guide, very helpful and Peru hop itself gets my recommendation to any traveller in Peru. The night busses were also comfortable and it was easy to get some rest for the next day.

Great experience 👍 - Really good experience booking my trip with Peru Hop. Booked the hop on hop off option from Cusco to Lima via Arequipa, Nasca and Paracas. The team was super responsive to my queries and it was very easy to book tours on the bus for the next day. Sandra and Andrea were our guides and were really helpful. A major advantage of booking with Peru Hops are some free tours offered plus the pick up and drop off from partners hotels (if you didn't choose with their partners they will drop you off at the nearest partner hotel).

Ultra practical and comfortable solution for crossing the Peru-Bolivia border - Very good experience on the Cusco - La Paz route with Peru Hop and Bolivia Hop. The guides are clear and are concerned about our well-being. In La Paz everything is organized so that we are dropped off right in front of our hotel, we feel safe and considered. We appreciated being able to pause the journey at each stage, which allowed us to take the time to visit Puno, then Copacabana at our own pace. The buses are also comfortable, have blankets, and the drivers behave perfectly. We recommend the company.

Avoid optional guided tours - The bus service was good. However, I do not recommend the optional tours. I broke my shoulder on a golden shadow hike. The description online said it was an easy to moderate hike. Also mentioned walking pole will be provided. The hike was treacherous with steep ascents and descents. No poles were provided. The guide was not equipped to guide guests on the easiest and safest way to go up and down. Lake Titicaca- Tourist trap once you get there. The residents of Lake Titicaca guilt you into giving them money. Very uncomfortable experience.

Avoid booking with this company - Avoid booking with this company at all cost to save your peace of mind. The amount of issues that not only I had but other passengers on my tour had is too long to list here but the major issues were customers getting left behind and luggage that was supposed to stay in Peru ended up in Bolivia. Tip: use their itinerary that you find online and book your own trip with the locals. It might take more effort to plan but not only will it save you money and provide more money to the locals, you’ll save yourself a lot of hassle in the long run. Getting forgotten and left behind (even when they look you in the face and say they will be right back to get your group) is extremely stressful and they don’t take responsibility for their business mistakes. Worst tour I’ve ever experienced. Don’t waste your money with them. Zero stars.

Avoid, disgusting - Very dirty buses, expensive and uncomfortable. Save money and just book with local bus companies. The buses after lima were not cleaned between 'hops' so became dirty/ the toilet became blocked and full, which meant the rest of the bus stunk. Also the seats do not recline much, so on the overnight stops it is not comfortable. Peru-hop have affiliations with restaurants and stop only there, these places have limited options (I am GF so struggled) and they are expensive with bad quality food. I asked the reps if there were nearby alternative restaurants, they said they didnt think so. Ignore the reps and go down the road and you will find other local alternatives and bring some snacks. Also do not book any tour with the reps as they are wayyyy more expensive than going to a local tour operator.
