Well-organized program and great service! - My parents and I used the Peru Hop bus to get to La Paz from Cusco. The bus was clean and comfortable, and the two-hour short trip in Puno was absolutely worth the money. Basically there was nothing but good to say about the program, but I would like to, once again, express my extreme gratitude to Crystal and her services. During the tour, my father collapsed due to altitude sickness and Crystal helped us in every way to get my father cross the border, escort him to the immigration offices, and provide us medicine / necessary advice. It wasn’t possible for us to get to Copacabana without her help. Crystal, thank you again and I confidently recommend this program to everyone!

We slept on the bus, Ángel took great care of us, we arrived in Puno and another Ángel gave us the excellent tour too! Thank you 🤩 - It was a great experience, our host Angel was very diligent, he was attentive to making sure we were comfortable on the bus, he explained the rules very well, and he was very attentive to our needs. Rico! Great trip in good company - We booked a tour bus from Puno to Cusco with a few stops along the way and lunch. This was the only option where you could easily and immediately pay by card! Elizabeth is an excellent guide, she told and showed a lot, interestingly and unobtrusively. For each location we were given free time, while strict timing was observed. The drivers are simply wonderful, special thanks. Thank you for the trip and recommend it.

The most friendly, comfortable, easy way to see Peru & Bolivia w/ remarkable tours & ancient sights.Strongly Recommend - I took the Peru Hop & Bolivia Hop bus from Cusco to Puno, Puno to Copacabana, Copacabana to La Paz and back to Cusco. I also did the full day Lake Titicaca tour with the Urus floating islands, Isla de Sol, Tiwanaku with Puma Punku and the Salt flat tour and everything was so easy, the people were so friendly and the excursions were amazing. Estela was amazing in Bolivia she helped me to book my bus and tour to the salt flats making sure I returned on time for my bus back to Cusco. Peter from Bolivia hop was also very kind to help me book my Tiwanaku with Puma Punku tour last min and I would definitely recommend going if you love spiritual and ancient architecture. Crystal and Renzo were my guides on my Peru Hop bus and they were also very helpful and kind. I am very impressed with all the staff through Peru and Bolivia hop. Thank you for the comfortable buses, to all the amazing people for your kind and helpful customer service and to all the remarkable tour operators that gave such great customer service helping me with my bags and giving such great information on these remarkable locations. I definitely recommend booking this safe comfortable bus with unlimited luggage allowance, blankets, movies and hassle free arrangements. They even have an app and in most cities they will even pick you up at your hotel for the bus. This is the easiest and friendliest way to travel through Peru, Bolivia and Ecuador. Platinum service all the way!

Safe convenient option for travelling in Peru - We felt safe, comfortable and looked after by Peru hop. It's a very convenient option and you never really had to think much about planning transport etc. The guides are friendly and on the bus the whole time - they answer any questions you have and explain things well. It's also nice that they stop in some interesting, free places that you wouldn't stop at if on a local bus, and have some free activities included. One thing we thought could be improved is the tours they offer through other companies. We were under the impression that these were discounted but we found better deals elsewhere. We also felt a bit pressured to book these on the bus because it was too complicated to do if afterwards. I think they need to change this process as though it was helpful to know about the tours we didn't always know what our plans were in each place so didn't want to commit to anything there and then.

Travel from La Paz to Cusco - I took the bus service from La Paz to Cusco. I must say the food served was excellence and the guide in Puno was good. However, the guides for La Paz to Copacabana and Copacabana to Puno do not know their jobs. The one from La Paz couldn't handle different customers route preferences and left me at the restaurant to find my own way to the hotel. The one at Copacabana to the Peruvian border advised us wrongly to bring down all our luggage from the bus and tolled it through the checkpoints. It was later found that it was not necessary as some seasoned travelers left the luggage in the bus. The journey from Puno to Cusco involve a ride in a small broken-down van to Juliaca. I think they outsourced that route to the cheapest tender without checking on quality. It was uncomfortable as we were stuffed into a small broken-down van with some of my luggage on my lap. You should provide a bus right from Puno instead of trying to cut corners and made the entire travel experience unpleasant. I later found that my camera LED screen was damaged as the result of rough handling of my backpack during the journey. I was advised by local against travelling with Peru Hop earlier, now I understand why.

Failed at a very basic level - The bus ride from Cusco to Puna was fine then complete chaos ensued. At 5am the host guide announced where people should go to get their shuttle by first name. As many names were repeated this lead to complete confusion. We got to our hotel and it was a dirty delapidated sh**hole. We booked a room for a shower. No towels were provided, the room was covered in black mold and the shower was tepid at best. My wife had been told by email the pick up was 7.15. We were in reception at 7.05 only to be told the bus had left. We rang the emergency phone number and waited outside the hotel accompanied by a dead decomposed rat. A woman called Marie turned up 30 mins later and blamed us for being late. Any reputable tour company would check names on and/off the bus. She then threatened to cancel our tour because I had the temerity to complain. This company does not bother to vet its partners. I could go on but I think you get the gist.
