The ride takes about an hour and a half, circulating through spectacular scenery with views of snow-capped mountains, the Vilcanota River and the semi-tropical and high jungle zone.
- Machu Picchu - Once in Aguas Calientes, you will take the bus that will take you to the archaeological park of Machu Picchu, which you will access from the upper area. The professional guide will tell you the history and secrets of this magical place in a two-hour guided tour.
After the guided tour, you will have free time until 1:00 p.m. to explore the citadel on your own.
- Aguas Calientes - We will return from Machu Picchu to the town of Aguas Calientes, where you can have lunch in one of its restaurants before taking the train back to Ollantaytambo.
- Ollantaytambo - At the Ollantaytambo train station, a minibus will be waiting to take you back to Cuzco. We will be in the city between 20:30 and 22:00.
The exact time of arrival in Cuzco may vary depending on train schedules and will be indicated in your reservation confirmation.

Our trip's most memorable moment - Our visit to Machu Picchu and Peru would not have been complete without taking this excursion. Elvis Adventutes made our first trip to South America memorable, despite our limited Spanish language skills. The tour guides were accommodating to our language problem by offering bilingual guides, and they were also well-versed in the local history and culture. Without having to worry about language barriers, we were able to take in Machu Picchu in all its glory. The tour company took care of every element of our trip with their meticulous planning and execution. Not only did our bilingual guides help us better appreciate the significance of Machu Picchu to Peruvian history and culture, but they also introduced us to the local community and gave us unique insights into their way of life. The hike up to Machu Picchu from the Sacred Valley was otherworldly. However, the highlight of the trip was undoubtedly our charming guide, Sebastian. His enthusiasm for the history of the Cusco area, which he has studied for more than seven years, is infectious. His commentary throughout the tour was full of interesting and entertaining tidbits. Naturally, he kept us all interested, kept us on time, and made sure everyone felt like they belonged. In every element of the tour, Sebastian's knowledge and enthusiasm shone through. His capacity to connect with everyone in the group—regardless of age or background—greatly improved it. His insider knowledge of Cusco's smaller restaurants and lesser-known attractions enriched our experience there. As a whole, our time in Cusco was greatly improved thanks to Sebastian, and he made quite an impression on all of us.

A day to cherish! - Julio was an excellent tour guide for this excursion, and it was a wonderful experience to be able to visit Machu Picchu. He had a lot of knowledge about the location, and he paid attention to everyone that was there. Wow, what a fantastic time I had! The size of the group was just ideal, enabling individuals to connect with one another and providing opportunities for them to ask questions. In addition to this, Juliuo's enthusiasm for Machu Picchu was contagious, which heightened our appreciation for the historical place. The history of Machu Picchu came to life thanks to his extensive knowledge and infectious excitement, and he entertained us throughout the tour with fascinating stories and insightful commentary. The site's jaw-dropping views and exquisite architecture contributed to the overall sense of wonder, and our time there will be something that we will never forget. A day to remember!

It was a wonderful experience. - Elvis Adventures handled everything for us, and Julio was an outstanding guide. We were able to thoroughly immerse ourselves in the local culture and discover hidden gems that we never would have discovered on our own. Julio's knowledge and passion for the area made our vacation even more enjoyable and memorable. The area knowledge and talents of Julio made our trip even more enjoyable. This tour was Unique in every way. - The guides and the way we got around Basically, everyone on the Elvis Adventures team worked hard to make sure our trip was fun and memorable. From the moment we got there, it was clear that the guides knew a lot about the places we went to and really cared about them. They told us interesting things along the way and made sure we didn't miss any secret gems. Also, the transportation plans went smoothly, so we were comfortable and easily able to get around the whole time. Overall, Elvis Adventures was even better than we had hoped, and we'll never forget the trip we took with them. Dennis deserves special thanks because he answered our emails quickly and was very helpful. His ideas really helped us plan this trip. We'll be sure to tell our friends and family back home about them. The tour guides knew a lot and made the trip interesting and educational. The transportation was nice and reliable, so the trip went smoothly the whole way.
Overall, Elvis Adventures was better than we thought it would be, and we're grateful for the great service they gave us.

Machu Picchu Tour is out of this world! - Amilcar was a wonderful leader. He made the trip easy, answered all of our questions and more, and made sure that everything happened at the right time. He knew a lot about the area and told interesting stories and historical facts about it as we traveled. Also, Amilcar's nice and approachable personality made us feel at ease, so we could enjoy the experience without worrying or feeling stressed. He knew a lot and slowed down or sped up the pace depending on what worked best for us. We would suggest him very highly! Throughout the trip, Amilcar's interest in the topic was clear as he told us interesting facts and stories that added to our total experience. Because he was friendly and easy to talk to, we felt like we could ask him anything, and his attention to detail made sure that every part of the trip went smoothly. We really liked how knowledgeable he was, and if we ever needed a guide again, we would choose him without a doubt.We had a great time on our tour of Machu Picchu with Elvis Adventures. Every single tour guide we've had has been amazing. They got us to places before the crowds, kept good time, and were always on time. Their understanding of the history and culture of Machu Picchu and their passion for it really made our trip better. The very greatest guide l've ever had on a trip - Julio is without a doubt the best tour guide I have ever had. His understanding of the history and traditions of the area is unrivaled, and the enthusiasm with which he shares this information with others is truly motivating. Julio went above and beyond at every turn to guarantee that our trip would be one that we would never forget, which is what sets him apart from any other tour guide that I've had the pleasure of working with. When he was explaining the history of Machu Picchu to us, he did so with a great deal of enthusiasm. In addition to that, he is a really talented photographer. It comes highly recommended from me! Julio's in-depth knowledge of Machu Picchu, which he received from his employer, made the visit much more interesting. He casually informed us of fascinating facts and tales that enriched our overall experience. Enjoy it. - We had a great time on the tour. It was well thought out, and they really took care of us and made sure we were happy with everything. We had a great time with everything. I really appreciate it. The tour guide knew a lot about the place and really cared about it, which made us enjoy it even more. A remarkable tour operator! Strongly recommended!!! - I adored this journey and the tour operator! They were extremely helpful and easy to deal with from the start. They provided detailed itinerary information and answered my queries promptly. Throughout the journey, their knowledgeable advisers ensured that we had a pleasant and trouble-free time. This trip was made genuinely unforgettable by the tour operator's attention to detail and exceptional customer service. In addition, their knowledgeable and personable tour guides made the experience even more enjoyable by providing fascinating facts and anecdotes about each location we visited. Me and my friend actually woke up late on the morning of our excursion. When I texted them to see what they could do, they immediately called me and arranged a place to meet. A worker then took us in a taxi and paid for it when we met up with the van. (We were so appreciative.) The entire excursion was fantastic, and the guides were extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. They were willing to photograph us and attentive to the entire group. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our day excursion to Machu Picchu and strongly recommend it. Throughout the tour, the guides provided insightful historical and cultural information, enriching the experience. In addition to exceeding our expectations, the breathtaking views of Machu Picchu left us in awe of their majesty. Exciting,entertaining,and informative - Elvis Adventures picked us up on time in the morning, and the procedure for getting to Machu Picchu was well organized. Julio, our phenomenal tour guide, greeted us after we decided to take the tour in English. Julio's extensive knowledge of the history and culture of Machu Picchu significantly enriched our experience. Throughout the tour, he offered insightful commentary and answered all of our inquiries with enthusiasm and knowledge. He was knowledgeable about the area's history, architecture, flora, and fauna and was incredibly warm and hospitable. Even though English was their second language, they communicated with us effectively, and we were able to comprehend the tour information. The enthusiasm and vitality he brought to the tour group were greatly valued. Julio's enthusiasm for Machu Picchu was palpable, and his enthusiasm enhanced the overall experience. He went out of his way to ensure that everyone in the group felt included and involved, fostering a sense of camaraderie among us. Event that makes you gasp - Our trip was planned by Elvis Adventures. They are a well-run business with a strong sense of customer service. Before we left, they had a video call with us to talk about the trip, the weather, tips, etc. Had a WhatsApp group to help you out while you were there. We were picked up and taken to the next guide or personal helper at every place where we landed or changed trains. We didn't have much time and had to go to a lot of different places, but we were able to do so because we planned everything out.
They made all the plans for the local plane, hotel, train, and entry passes. The locals knew a lot about the best times to visit each place. The guides were enthusiastic and knew a lot.
Overall, it was a great and easy time. Because the tour company paid attention to details and was well organized, our trip went smoothly and without any stress. From the beginning to the end, we felt cared for and were able to fully enjoy our time traveling to new places. We highly suggest their services to anyone who wants their trip to go smoothly and be fun.
