Great Experience - I would definitively book with them again. Hands down. We had Cesar and Erick for 3 days and they were awesome. Very knowledgeable, and even going out of their way to make our experience as enjoyable as possible. They were also very sensitive to the fact that we were not accustomed to high altitude and made trip and activities as comfortable as possible for us. David was Our guide in Machu Picchu, and he was superb. I made a mistake when i set up my tickets online for Machu Picchu and I was being denied entrance; even though it was MY MISTAKE they immediately took charge and made sure that the problem was solved so my wife and I could actually enter the park. Bottom line: 10/10. You cannot go wrong with them.

2 tours good. 1 tour very bad. - We did 3 tours with Inti Paradise... Humantay Lake: This tour was well organised and fun. The guide was attentive and it was a fun experience. The hike itself was pretty tour due to altitude but the view at the top was incredible. Rainbow Mountain: This tour was well organised as well. Great choice for buffet lunch (I’m vegetarian). Guide was great, mountain was beautiful. Again, a tough hike at altitude. Machu Picchu: We chose the van option that drives 7 hours to reach hydroelectrica which you much then walk the 3 hours to Aguas Caliente. The van was cramped for 17 people and there was no air conditioning (very hot at the back). After the walk we were told to meet in the square to find our guide. This process was very unorganised and we waited for 40 minutes, asking different people if they were our guide. Eventually a woman who had been stood there all along playing a game on her phone came over to us. We were given our ticket for Machu Picchu and hotel directions for Hotel Del Sol. When we arrived at the hotel there was an issue with the room (2 single beds instead of a double), we asked to move and were given a room upstairs again with 2 single beds. This room had an en-suite bathroom and the water for shower was freezing cold. We were moved again finally to a double bed room with another en-suite but the toilet was broken in that room. We decided to use that bedroom and we were to use the bathroom from the other room (hot water had been turned on). This meant we had a key for each room. In the morning I unlocked the other room with the key to use the bathroom and there were guests sleeping in the beds. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! I immediately left and therefore had to use the broken toilet in our own room. There was also a powercut in the morning which seemed to only effect our hotel. Horrendous place to stay! The evening before we were given dinner in a restaurant which was incredibly rushed. The 2 course dinner was small and did not include any drink, we had to pay for a soft drink/water. After the dinner we went to get a pizza because we were still hungry. The hike to Macchi Picchu and tour around the pace was great despite the heavy rain and mist. However the breakfast I was given for that day included a meat sandwich when I specifically asked for vegetarian. This meant I didn’t eat anything until lunchtime and we were up at 5am. Overall I wouldn’t recommend booking this tour with Inti Paradise as it was completely unorganised and felt like the guests were not considered at all. We paid a lot of money for the inconvenience of a poor hotel and rubbish meals.

Would not book a 2nd tour with them - I booked the tour "Montaña de 7 colores" with them. A very tiring walk of 2 to 3 hrs to the top and all you get for breakfast is bread with dulce the leche not even butter or marmelade. I would have prefered that they tell me in advance to bring snacks with me, so at least I would have been prepared...

4 AM DISASTER - We booked with them to go to Rainbow Mountain. We were staying a little out of the city center but the guy who sold it to me called the owner, she gave him the green light so we were supposed to be picked up from our apartment between 4:10-4:30 AM. Well, we all woke up 3:15 AM, got ready and kept looking out the window. At 3:55 AM we spot a van outside. I stick my head out and the van is not parked, is leaving... So I think to myself "that's not it". We keep on waiting and at 4:20 I manage to get a hold of the owner's number to ask what's going on and if they are still coming. 30 seconds into the call she asks me to shut up and explains that her drive was waiting outside our place, honking, banging on doors! Come on... The building door was a metal garage door. You bang that and you wake up the death. He didn't knock neither bang on any door. She says we made the driver be late to pick up the rest of the people. If the van we saw was indeed the tour van... 1. It was driving away not parked nor honking nor banging on any doors. 2. It was 3:50 AM, they told us 4:10-4:30. So at 4:20 AM we proceed to jog to the meeting point. Once on the tour the only good thing was the actual mountain. They lost someone on the hike and had to wait to recover that person. Then they rushed us from lake to lake. All I can say is organization was a joke. On top of it all that lady being patronizing on the phone telling me it was all my fault and that she was right didn't help their cause. I was gonna book sacred valley tour with them but after that experience didn't trust them. I would not recommend them. There's thousands of agencies in Cusco. Shop around and you will find a better deal. I myself work with tourist, I'm experienced in customer service and itinerary planning. This is no way to treat your customers.
