Great guide and a beautiful hike - About Humantay Lake: This is one of the most beautiful hikes around Cusco (we liked it more than Machu Pichhu). The beautiful turquoise glacial lake at the top make the strenuous continuous incline hike totally worth it! About Willka: * Entire tour was smooth. We had some confusion on the dates since we booked two tours with Willka but it was resolved over emails and WhatsApp. Alls well that ends well. * Our guide Ruberto was fantastic. He was supportive, paced himself with the slowest hikers in the group. He was a mountaineer and shared his hiking tips with us throughout the hike. It definitely helped us all completing the strenuous hike within 1h and 15 min to the top. He also gave us enough time at the top to absorb the beautiful views.

10/10 Recommend! - Highly recommend booking the small group day trip with Hilton.. we had a great experience and enjoyed our Wilka team. Great stop for food and got to the hike before the big crowds. Worth it!!

Stunning trek - Absolutely stunning trek. Early start but well worth it as you beat the crowds. Food was good and our guide Cesar was fantastic!

Humantay Lagoon a natural beauty! - Simply wonderful. I am not going to deny that the climb is hard, very hard. But there are horses that you can rent to carry you 90% of the hill. But although the road is hard, I understand that it is 100% worth it to appreciate this landscape.

Amazing, felt like I was looking at live photoshop, it just didn’t look real! - Absolutely amazing scenes, the guide ghilton was wonderful and very knowledgeable, always offered to take photos and spoke good English.

Attention: extras! - There was a lack of clarity in the instructions regarding the amounts to be paid for the basics (e.g. toilet) and the weather, which could make the tour unfeasible. You must bring at least 150 more soles per person for prevention (everything else is paid in kind/cash: bathtub, stamp, horse, drink, etc.). The food is reasonable, without variety and without many protein options. The transfer picks you up at the hotel, but doesn't drop you back, which is extremely exhausting after a trip lasting more than 15 hours, especially in the case of children and the elderly, and in rain! Hilton hotel guests were only offered a return transfer, which appeared to be a discriminatory policy for other passengers and generated comments. The cost-benefit is ok (considering that there is food, transport and a guide), but pay attention to the “hidden” details that generate extra charges that can exceed the value of the tour. This should have been informed beforehand!!
