EXCELLENT TOURS - first of all thanks to the ALIPERUTREKS team who treated us like family we booked without hesitation because a friend of mine already did the tour with them before me so I booked with them he sent us the itinerary of Cusco magic 5 days first we did the half day city tour day 2 we did the sacred valley tour day 3 came the most expected day we did the machupicchu tour and our guide was ALI an expert guide in the inca culture we learned more about the inca culture ali is a guide passionate about his clients he organizes the tours himself. On day 4 we had the tour to the rainbow mountain was excellent the guide who appointed us ali was attentive to all of us on the tour we were 15 people everyone was happy with the tour. day 5 the last tour humantay lagoon we left early also thanks to the team of ALIPERUTREKS the whole tour was excellent without hesitation I will recommend it to my friends thanks for this deal ALI AN EXCELLENT TOURS ORGANIZER.

I will definitely come back - The tour organized by ALIPERUTREKS is extremely excellent I did the tour to the humantay lagoon and the service was spectacular I really liked the place and more when the guide made an offering with the coca leaf to the pachamama the food was 100% without hesitation I will recommend it to my friends.

Good first trip, crap second trip - We booked two trips through Ali Trek Peru Gave them our details and our hotel name and address, on the first trip although the pick up was 30 minutes late the guide was cordial and pleasant. We had a good day out to the rainbow (7 colours) mountain with a decent breakfast and lunch. The second trip to Humantay lake however is the reason for the low score. The guide and driver were sent a totally different hotel name and location to pick us up. Joel (the guide) called us to ask where we were. We gave him the correct hotel name, address and live shared our location to his WhatsApp. He did not find us. After sending him pictures of what our hotel looks like and of the landmark across the road, he found us but not without being rude and condescending. He tried to explain that there are two hotels by the same name (the correct hotel name we gave); this was a lie. He threatened to kick us off the tour after we asked why he could not find us and refused to accept responsibility for not finding us. Breakfast and lunch on this trip were very poor; no one wanted the soup, the noodles were runny and we were given a spoon of the main dish each (chicken and potatoes). On both trips we were not given cold drinks only hot water and tea. At the end of the day Joel still reiterated that “it was not my fault” when clearly it was. If you search for our hotel name in Cusco, it’s the only one there. If you are in the service industry Joel; it doesn’t make sense to try and prove you’re always right. Accept your fault, apologise and move on, instead you left us with no choice but to NOT recommend your tourist company or the organisations you work with.
