Felt like a dream - Hike was a bit strenuous but the views are more than worth it. The bus ride was enjoyable and smooth. When we got there we got walking sticks and continued up the trail. They have horses for rent if the hike becomes too much.

Great day trip - The view of the lake and the amount of time we had there was great! It’s a hard hike due to the altitude & it being 5 miles round trip with 1500ft of elevation gain. I’m guessing the people in other reviews that complained about getting back late just took to long during the hike. Pickup was at 3:30am and we were back in Cusco a little after 3. Breakfast & lunch had many options. Ciro was a great guide

Great tour and hike - Great tour and hike from Cusco. Good lunch and good guide. Our tour left very early, so we were almost by ourselves when we got up there. Possibility to hike on a horse, but the hike is really not that difficult

Difficult trek, but breathtaking scenery! - Cristian, our guide, was great. Very knowledgeable and always pushing for us, made the whole tour amazing. It's not an easy trek, if you haven't had the time to acclimatise, but it's definitely worth the effort, because the view is breathtaking. On the way there, we stopped at a restaurant where we had a really nice and comforting breakfast. This was also the same place we stopped at for lunch, equally good. 100% recommended.

Awesome Tour! - Our tour guide Edgar, went above and beyond to ensure that everyone in our group had the best experience possible during our hike and time at the lagoon. He even took us to an artesanal ice cream place in our way back to Cusco!

5 stars amazing hike and view - Very well organized and our guide, Gilthon, was personable, informative and allowed for everyones pace. The hike was a bit strenuous however not bad at all. We would do it again. The bus ride is a bit long each way but the lake view was worth it

Not for the weak. But rewarding once you’re up there. - This excursion is not for the weak. The altitude really gets to you and the hike is extremely challenging but rewarding once you reach the top. If you are questioning it I recommend taking the horses up and walking down. I hiked up but it was extremely hard so I took the horses down. But you are riding on the cliff side so it isn’t just a leisurely ride down the hill.

You can't do the.tour because you're sick, quize cancelation and they wouldn't let me do it, I think it's unfair that you don't return me - I never did, and I wanted to cancel and they didn't. They let me. I'm sick. The height has done me a lot of damage, and I've gone between doctors.
