- Cusco - Your adventure to Machu Picchu begins with a meeting point pick-up between 4:30 am and 4:45 am, setting off for a train journey filled with stunning vistas.
- Aguas Calientes - En route, you’ll be captivated by the Inca landscape featuring snow-capped peaks, lush sub-tropical jungles, and ancient Inca agricultural terraces. The train brings you to Aguas Calientes, also known as Machu Picchu Pueblo, where your guide will be waiting to escort you on a 25-minute bus ride to the Machu Picchu citadel.
- Machu Picchu - Upon arrival, you’ll embark on a 3-hour guided tour of the site. Your guide will enlighten you on Inca history and culture, highlighting the citadel’s key areas. Post-tour, you’ll have leisure time to wander and discover Machu Picchu at your own pace. Back in Aguas Calientes, you have the option to enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
- Ollantaytambo - Your return journey commences with a train ride back to Ollantaytambo, departing either at 15:20 or 16:22 pm. From there, Peru Hikers’ private bus will ensure your smooth transfer back to meeting point, concluding your memorable excursion.

Wonderful experience - I Great Experience! Isau was a wonderful tour guide and very knowledgeable! Gave detailed instructions to follow before our visit. Took a lot of great photos of us and let us take our time during our visit. Would do another tour with Perú hikers!!

Machu Pichu Full Day Tour - The full day tour to Machu Pichu with Peru Hikers was amazing! The tour guides are in constant communication with you, and they are super helpful. They provided my whole group with complimentary airport transfer because we booked a group of 5. The tour guide in Machu Pichu, Isa, was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and overall a fun person. He made the tour and experience a 10/10!

An amazing experience to Machu Picchu with Peru Hikers - Isa from Peru hikers was our tour guide and he was amazing. His explanations, enthusiasm and energy allowed our group to feel comfortable, informed and enjoy our time at machupichu. I would recommend anyone coming to Peru and wanting to explore Machu Picchu to use Peru Hikers.

Amazing experience! - Had an amazing trip! Machu Picchu was breathtaking! Our guide Samuel was very knowledgeable and patient with us lacking oxygen. 360 train wasn't worth the extra especially without a/c on a hot day.

Very good organization with a very prepared Guide - Excellent experience. Our tickets were all in one clipped envelope per person. Peru Hikers transports and assists were super punctual. And our Guide Isao excelled, very passionate and very cultured, some excellent explanations in our tour to Machu Pichu.
