Loved it! Hard to place it over Maccu Pichu but it is close - We did a bunch of excursions while in the Cusco region and this is the only one that was managed well. The guide and driver were great, the meals were great and the mountains were amazing. Dress warm for the morning drive and know that you can leave your excess things in the van while you hike.

Rainbow mountain - We had an experience. We were a group of 3 friends along with other people in a mini bus. There thing was very well organised. The guide who came along with us helped us in every step. He helped in climbing the mountain without any difficulty.

Unforgettable day! - So pleased we did this tour! The altitude took our breath away but not as much as the rainbow mountains - they were awesome. I can’t believe how many there were. Very glad we did the tour with Into Peru as they were super. Punctual, friendly and well organised. An unforgettable day!

Fun and memorable trip - We thoroughly enjoyed this day trip, just be aware it’s at nearly 5000m altitude so you need to take your time to catch your breath - we are in our fifties! Everyone was very accommodating and the colorful mountains are a treat. We enjoyed the small group and transport was good. All round a fun and memorable day.

Superb - Totally adored this tour! The mountains are super pretty and we walked with a cute alpaca which a local man had there. Our group were so fun and Into Peru were fantastic. Had to take it slow because of the altitude but that was fine. Absolutely recommend!

Loveee - I loved this day trip! I did it by myself but joined a great group and had a lovely guide. Our group was small so we had space in the van for the trip. So glad I did it as the mountains are so pretty and so memorable. Into Peru did an excellent job and I recommend Palccoyo rainbow mountain as it is quiet and beautiful.

Do the alternative rainbow mountain tour! - Don’t think, just book your tour with Into Peru! We picked the alternate rainbow mountain tour because the hiking is less intense, and it was the right choice. This location is also great because there’s barely any tourists.

What an amazing experience! - This was such a great trip, I went to Machu Picchu the day before where there are so many people so this trip was extremely refreshing and off the beaten path. We were picked up at our hotel and provided a buffet breakfast and lunch. The rainbow mountain is absolutely stunning and the view is like no other. Our guide took us on a slow pace so we could get used to the altitude and enjoy the view. For a portion of the trip Francisco joined us with his alpaca Jorge and we got to take pictures and walk together. On the way back to have lunch we stopped to see a very interesting set of bridges in a town. It was nice being dropped back off at the hotel in Cusco around 3pm so you still had the evening to explore.

A wonderful experience - The tour is easy to hike. You need to be acclimated The Guide and the driver took care of us (seniors) a ton. Unfortunately the confirmed pickup time by Viator 6.30am did‘t fit to the time of our real pickup (4.30h information by the company). Maybe our special problem. Nevertheless A great impression.
