Wonderful experience in Cusco with Chef Dael! - I totally recommend this tour. Our guide/chef Dael was amazing, gave us a wonderful tour of the market, with a lot of information on the local produce, and then the workshop itself was really fun and engaging. Time flew and the food that the group prepared ended up really good. I would certainly do this again.

Fun foodie experience - We had a fabulous morning going to the market and learning about different fruits and vegetables available here, plus other goodies. Our chef was excellent- very patient, explained everything well and was super organised. We were all given tasks to do and everything we made was delicious. I highly recommend this activity

Great Food, learned a lot! - This cooking class was a great way to learn about local cuisine and eat delicious food! I really loved learning how to make ceviche as we learned 3 recipes. We started with a tour of the San Pedro market. My family hadn’t previously visited the market and this was a great discovery for us, that we came back to afterwards.

Not to be missed! - Outstanding cooking class that really highlights the Peruvian cuisine. Our favorite part was preparing the three different ceviches. We had only ever tasted/heard of the traditional dish so was very cool to create the ancient dish and the superfood dish. The walk through the market in the beginning was also very cool. Our guide was able to actually teach us about the traditions of the market and went through each ingredient we were to use that day and why.

Cooking with friends - This was a highlight of our trip to Peru! Del was an amazing chef and guide. We visited the market and then had a fabulous several course meal. It was a group of us three and another visiting chef- more like a group of friends cooking than anything formal. Trout ceviche in many forms was a delight!
