- Ascensores y Servicios Perú - The vegan Cooking Class with local Market Tour in Cusco begins at San Pedro Market, where participants are introduced to a wide array of ingredients, including Peru’s Super Foods. Following this, attendees are escorted to our exquisite Cooking-Studio in the heart of Cusco for a practical cooking session. Here, you’ll learn to craft nutritious and delicious cocktails featuring our iconic ingredients (Pisco and various fruits) with the expert instruction of our Professional Chef JESUS. The class covers the preparation of vegan versions of cebiche, causa limeña, and quinua tamal. These skills will enable you to impress guests with cocktails and Peruvian cuisine at your own gatherings. Upon completion of the class, we will provide you with the recipes.

Our Vegetarian Cooking Class in Cusco starts at San Pedro Market (door number 1), with a visit to this historical market. We will try some of the most exotic fruits of Peru and the traditional foods of Cusco.
After that, we will walk to our cooking - studio, a traditional house from 1930.
We start our experience preparing the most delicious cocktails with fresh fruits (bought in the local market we visited) and Pisco.
You will cook 03 main courses: Quinoa tamal, cebiche and causa limeña: 100% Vegetarian.
Our class is full hands on and you will take part in all the preparation.
After the class we will also send you the recepies, so then you can enjoy it with your family and friends.
