Our Delicious Peruvian Cooking Class - I loved learning how to make tamales, a whisky sour (without alcohol for me) and shopping for our ingredients at a lively, colorful Peruvian market. We had a lot of fun as the other people attending this activity lived all over the world and made it fun!!!

A must do food tour!! - My experience with chef Jesus has been the highlight of my time in Cusco!! If you do one organized tour here -- it should be this one! I did the Vegan food tour while my husband hiked Rainbow Mountain, and wound up being the only person on the tour. I was grateful he went ahead with only one guest and felt so special! He is incredibly knowledgeable about Peruvian history and food and was happy to answer my many, many questions. The market tour was really great. Since I don't speak Spanish very well, I wouldn't have been able to experience so many different things without his guidance. The food was AMAZING and will be one of my favorite meals I've had in Peru. (And how fun that I got to make the dishes myself!!) He's obviously a very accomplished chef and I felt very lucky to be able to get some lessons in Peruvian cooking from him. The cocktails were also very special and delicious. I'm so greatful for such a special experience!!

Fun, Engaging and Delicious! - The cooking class and tour was amazing! Learned so much in the market tour and was able to try local fruits, cheese and chocolate before the cooking portion even began. Chef Jesús was engaging and funny while making multiple courses and cocktails. Would definitely do this tour again!

Good cooking class with vegan alternatives available - Enjoyed exploring the market. The class was fantastic. The chef was very knowledgeable. We made some really tasty alternatives for some classic Peruvian dishes like Cerviche. The only reason I haven't given this a 5 is because I feel the marketing via Viator is misleading as this was a general cooking class with vegan options not a specifically vegan cooking class. Therefore, anyone attending the tour would need to make the chef aware at the start if they have any dietary requirements. Other than that, everything was great. We had a fantastic evening.
