The ‘Q´eswachaka’ Inca bridge is constructed using ichu, a type of grass native to the high Andean regions. Community builds bridge - Really liked the bridge. 4 communities come together each year to rebuild. Our tour guide seemed to really work with the local people helping them tell their stories. Guide also helped me when he learned I was having trouble with the altitude and with some phone issues.. I needed to fix a travel problem.
