Amazing view of the Rainbow Valley. - This is my first time visit at Cusco, Peru. I have booked this trip in advance without any issue. I am hearing impaired (deaf) and I am concerned about language barrier and the manager of this tour company, Carlos is very helpful and understanding without any issue. We have communicate thru whatsapp almost everyday about the timetable, what I need to bring and historial facts about this trip. I haven't experience like this before from my past experience in travelling so thank you to Carlos. The tour start at 4am in the morning and I have to get up at 3.30am to get ready and wait at the front lobby. Breakfast is including with the group at 7am approx 1.5 hour drive from Cusco. so you don't have to worry about breakfast in the hotel but bring bottle of water and banana is just fine. Then, drive another 1 hour to the top of the mountain on dirt road. Please be prepare your camera on and its because you will see the beautiful mountain, valley and alpacas crossing over the road. Once reaching to the top, the guide will explain to the group about walk safety to the top of Rainbow Valley at approx 1.5 to 2 hours walk depend on your level of fitness. If you concerned about this trek, don't stress and there a donkey will take you up there in no time and not sure how long but a lot quicker. I recommend to walk for a good exercise, take photo or video of the landscape and enjoy walking in your own pace. Also bring your warm winter jacket, glove and sunscreen cos its very cold and you might have trouble with breathing or attitude sickness but its ok and the guide will look after you. P.S. I took attitude sickness tablet and panadol (aspirin) for headache before breakfast and its works for me. Once I reach to the top and it was amazing view. You can take pictures from the bottom of the valley or the top which is 5036m high. I took both pictures and also passport stamp to tick my bucketlist. But, be aware of too many tourist and there are too many people taking too long for photo and I had to wait in line for 30 minutes and I had to pull out of the line and move on to different angle but still excellent photo finish with no people in background. After this, the group walk back to the bus and we left to go for lunch at the same place where we had for breakfast at approx 3pm and then drive back to Cusco at 4pm to end of this tour. I had an amazing experience and its was a very long day but its worth it. You wont be disappointed.

Cancel - Unfortunately, I was suddenly unwell and was unable to join the tour, but the tour company was very kind to me and proceeded with the cancellation process. The only problem was the agency, and I think it would be better if the agency handled it smoothly.

Tuff climb but worth the experience - We had an amazing experience from getting us picked up at our hotel, and taking us all the way up to the beautiful rainbow mountain. They were professional, on-time, and charming, and you felt you were in good hands walking up that mountain. I definitely recommend this team.

Once in a lifetime - If you are visiting Cusco, this is a must!!! Very inexpensive, yet has so much value. The tour guide waited for us the entire way up the mountain, then he took great pictures.

Lovely day out - Lovely day out albeit most of it was spent in the van travelling. Our guide was fluent in Spanish and English which helped massively. Didn’t realise how much of a tourist hot spot the actual Rainbow mountain was, but the views around it were arguably even better.
