- Cusco - The adventure starts early in the morning with a hotel pick-up in Cusco. From there, you will be transported through the stunning Andean landscape to the Sacred Valley of the Incas.
- Chinchero - The journey begins with a visit to the charming village of Chinchero, known as the city of the rainbow. Here, you will see the Church of Our Lady of Monserrat, built in 1607 on the palace of Tupac Yupanqui, along with the terraced fields and its artisan market.
Currently, the market is a vibrant display of color and movement, captivating tourists with its array of handicrafts and textile garments made in the traditional pre-Columbian style.
- Moray - Located 7 km from Maras and 1 hour from Cusco via the Chinchero route, Moray is one of the most spectacular sites, featuring circular terraces of various sizes. These terraces were used for agricultural experimentation and are considered a magnetic center of Pachamama’s feminine energy (Only Tour VIP).
Entrance fee not included (70 soles).
- Salinas de Maras - The tour continues with a visit to the town of Maras and the agricultural experimentation terraces of Moray. It is believed that the Incas created their own micro-climate here to adapt plants, flowers, and other products from different parts of the Inca empire. Following this, you will visit the salt mines “salineras” located just below Maras. These mines are still operational, with local peasants working in them during the day (Only VIP Tour).
- Urubamba - After the tour, you will head to the town of Urubamba in private transportation to enjoy a buffet lunch featuring delicious Peruvian cuisine.
This area is known for its Inca agricultural production, especially corn, and today it boasts beautiful countryside and abundant fruit trees. It’s an excellent place to savor a buffet lunch typical of the region.
- Ollantaytambo - In the afternoon, the tour visits the Fortress of Ollantaytambo, a strategic military, agricultural, and religious center used to administer and control the Sacred Valley of the Incas. The site includes agricultural deposits, military structures like walls and watchtowers, likely built to protect against jungle ethnic groups.
This archaeological site features a series of superimposed terraces with impressive, finely carved stone blocks on the upper terrace. The final stop is the city of Pisac.
- Pisac - Located 33 km from Cusco via a paved road through the Sacred Valley of the Incas, Pisac is renowned for its handicraft market and impressive archaeological site. Stroll through the market to purchase local handicrafts, then explore the ruins of Pisac, which include agricultural terraces and panoramic valley views.
- Cusco - After a day full of exploration and discovery, the tour concludes with a return to your hotel in Cusco, arriving in the afternoon.
