Smooth and relaxing - great way to take in the view - The trip was great value. Given a paper guide to look through rather than commentary which we liked. Waiters regularly took orders of food and drinks which were also great value considering this was a tourist cruise. Had the option to sit on the top deck or sit in the air conditioned areas downstairs where the windows still allowed all views to be seen. Had a lovely relaxing ride - needed a sit down after all the walking we had done so this was very convenient and pleasant - well worth doing.

Nothing to criticize - Teschnisch and honest: There was nothing to criticize. Of course, there have been many other tourists, but you just have to reckon with that when you travel to Prague during high season.

Good, but no air-condition - Not bad, just too many tourists (surprisingly :-)) and NO air-conditioning!!!! (Which would have been mostly welcome and appreciated). Everything else was fine.

Not worth it - Large, clean boat with plenty of seating. 2 ‘waiters’ for drinks but we didn’t feel the need to purchase. Boring cruise. Pamphlets and QR code to scan to then read about each landmark however I would rather have my eyes up the duration of the tour instead of stuck in my phone. Had minimal verbal commentary in multiple languages, should offer audio commentary on our phone to listen to instead. Don’t recommend, only did it as we were struggling to find things to do in Prague to fill in our time.

nice to see Prague from river, but get on a small boat - Nice to see Prague from the river, but recommend to join one of the cruises with smaller boats. we were on a big one and it was packed and would in hindsight have preferred to be on a smaller boat to get a better feel of being on the water and not on a crowded place. recommend to join a cruise that leave just before sunset to see the city in daylight and with the evening lights

Not worth it - Paid close to 100 euros to get our family of four on board. Bought four small cans of Pepsi (because once on board it's all about beverages), paid about another 20 euros for that. Sailed a really short distance north, then turned around, sailed a similarly short distance south and then back to port. A barely audible commentary told us about some of the riverside buildings along the way. And that was it. There are better ways to explore Prague than this, including taking a walk along the river for free. This hardly qualifies as a sightseeing cruise, rather, it's a serving place with an overpriced admission fee.

45 minute cruise - The views were lovely and staff friendly however we were very disappointed that we were back at the dock after 45 minutes, there is no way that this can be called a ‘1-hour Cruise’.

Don’t bother - This was terrible.Poor commentary. Disappointed at the 45 minute journey time when we’d paid for a 1 hour trip. Don’t waste your money!!

Not worth it! Waste of money. - We book this for the end of a birthday, for what should be a nice experience. Unfortunately, we end up having to sit downstairs - we’ll live with that - and try to make the most of it. Like many normal families, with our free Prosecco in hand, we begin to sing happy birthday. How harmless! However, the guy clicking the buttons for the audio guide decided he would save the day. Rudely, he turned around and decided to shh us several times with no explanation. £150 to sit in silence. Why have an alcoholic hour boat ride where you have to sit in silence to please the balding man on audio. Waste of time. Waste of money.

No cruise ship, no contact, no refund - There was no cruise ship when we got to meeting point. Viator does not have any customer service contact. I have done several tours with Viator which were very good, but this lack of being able to request a refund for a tour that did not exist will make it that I never book another one. Customer service and customer contact is vital. They owe me a refund, but I can't contact them
