Prompt and easy transfer from hotel to airport - This really was a hassle-free service. The driver was in the hotel lobby at 5:00am as promised and had already picked up the other two passengers, so we headed straight to the airport. Made it there in good time with safe driving. The driver helped to load and unload my luggage and was courteous. I would recommend this service,

brilliant service - we arrived at the airport i received a text to say he was going to be 5 minutes late, the whole experience of him arriving was excellent, he was funny and full of the knowledge of the area i would use this transfers ago so much cheaper than taxi.s

Prague airport shuttle. - The pick up from the airport was excellent however the return was not as plain sailing. Where as the pick up from the hotel was on time and all seemed to be going smoothly when I got to the airport the driver asked me for money. I questioned this and was informed that the cost of the return had not been met and that I was responsible. I assured him that I had paid and refused to pay again. He contacted his office, they confirmed his version of the story. I was advised to pay and take the matter up TripAdvisor. Again I refused. After a good half hour of discussion they confirmed that I was good to go and that they would investigate further. Apart from this hiccup everything was excellent, the free walking tour of Prague was great and the guide really new his stuff.

Prague - The collection service from the airport to our accommodation was ok but problems arose on the return. I had to chase several times to get confirmation that we had been booked in because the phone was constantly engaged. I was then told we would be collected between 3.30 and 3.45pm. We were waiting outside our apartment from 3.20pm. By 4pm I called the office to ask where the driver was and was told he had rang the apartment bell but we had not answered. This was completely untrue because we had checked out of our apartment at 11am and were waiting on the street right outside the main door of the apartment building. We had to find a private taxi and make our own way to the airport which was very stressful. We have not even received a refund!

Avoid this transfer option in Prague like the plague! - While there are many ways to get to and from the Prague airport, Prague Airport Transfers appears to be among the worst. We paid in advance for round trip transfers. They refused to schedule our hotel pick-up/airport return because they LOST OUR RESERVATION even after sending a confirmation to the booking agency. Their customer service was nonexistent. We had to book a new reservation through another company (Quick Transfer - which was excellent). No water on trip from airport, as promised.

Unreliable - Booked for 10.30am, At 10.45am I tried telephoning but constantly engaged. I got the concierge at my hotel (the Corinthia) to telephone. He said he often got this problem and had another number that was more likely to get through. He said the driver was delayed at airport but another driver was only five minutes away. It's now 10.55am. Driver arrives at 11.07 and tells me "the other driver is just (swearword) lazy!". The service was unreliable and unprofessional.

I requested a driver to pick up 4 of us... - <p>I requested a driver to pick up 4 of us from Hotel Pod Vezi in Prague. He arrived early but was not very friendly which is fine. we stopped to pick up another couple on the way. He drove a van like he was in a grand prix race, stopping and starting very roughly and accelerating like a mad man. My wife got car sick from his erratic driving! I did not catch his name but I do want Viator to read this and take the appropriate actions with our driver. He should not be working as a van driver but would fit right in driving a New York taxi !!</p>
