Cruisers private Tour - Excellent service from Andy and driver. Collected early from the ship and straight to the Golden bridge, missed all the cruise ships large groups. The golden bridge is wonderful and the gardens are beautiful totally worth the visit. We then enjoyed sometime at Sun World and went on the alpine roller coasters. That was fun. We also enjoyed the views from the cable cars truly amazing and very high Got some fantastic photos even though a bit misty. Be sure to take a jumper or lightweight jacket. I didn't and it was really cold up there. There are loads of shops and restaurants up at the top like a French town. Also had some free craft beer at the brewery. We then met back with Andy and driver and went to Marble caves. Marble caves was really good to see, but not suitable for people who have walking difficulties. Large amount of uneven steps. We enjoyed it but wouldn't be suitable for wheelchair or walking issues. Went to see the carving of ornaments from the marble. Beautiful. Then our driver kindly took the scenic way back to the cruise ship. We love these private tours as l don't like waiting around for lots of people from a tour excursion l don't even know and spend ages waiting around. We made it back in excellent time for the cruise disembarking. Thank you for your service.

Great walk! - The place is amazing! Even with the fog, we managed to enjoy a lot! And the complex still has a super nice amusement park! It's worth it!

A real eye opener - On arrival I thought “what have I done? It’s Disneyland” but it isn’t. The sheer size of this construction and the incredible cable car system (6-7 lines, the longest up a 1.5km mountain) is awesome and incredible to see. I preferred the private driver because the tour I found took 9-10hrs (1hr each way) and I wouldn’t want that long on site. We were completely satisfied after 3hrs plus an hour for lunch. A tip, start at the top and work down - you’re against (not behind) the long lines of tour groups).

Great to visit - We decided to live life on the edge and booked our trip through Trip Advisor late in the evening, causing some nervous anticipation about the driver showing up on time. Lo and behold, right on the dot, our driver arrived—proving punctuality can be an adventure too! The experience was nothing short of amazing, offering a plethora of things to see and do. My sage advice: beat the crowd and go early, but beware, the weather plays hide-and-seek from the bottom to the top of the mountain, so pack a jacket or jumper for the wild ride. Lunch at Kung Fu Noodles was a knockout—delicious! Despite the weather throwing a few curveballs, it added a touch of challenge to the super fun escapade. Highly recommended for those who like a bit of thrill with their mountain excursions!

Much more than just the bridge - Quite amazing to see even if it is quite crowded. Like most people, didn't realise that the bridge is part of a larger complex known as Sunworld. This includes the bridge, the French village and a smaller fun park and the cable car at Ba na Hills. One entry ticket required for all. The bridge & complex are up in the hills with the only access being the cable cars which take you up and down. You can't drive up. 5 cable cars are going when all working which take you to various parts of the complex, so check before joining a queue. There also is a short cable car between the bridge area, which also has a big buddha statue and gardens, and the French village area. Note you can't just buy a ticket for the bridge solely. The French village actually looks like a French village/town with buildings all constructed in that theme. There is also a climb up about 100 or so stairs to a Vietnamese themed area with great views and beautiful gardens, a pagoda and locally themed buildings. You can actually stay there overnight as there is at least one hotel on site. Bonus is its 1500 mtrs high and much cooler than at sea level. Well worth the trip for all the things to see and experience as well as the amazing bridge.

Amazing view hampered by overcrowding. - Golden Bridge was a part of a tour that my girlfriend and I did last year. The tour itself was fantastic and our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Bana Hills was amazing and vibrant and you definitely for a sense for the locality and peacefulness. The entry was enormous but the walk through to the cable cars was an amazing experience with the gardens and French influence. The cable car to the top where the Golden Bridge is situated offered such an amazing view of the world below you with dense forestry, a full panoramic view and a never ending view of the sky above. The Golden Bridge itself I would agree is world heritage but has unfortunately been taken over by tourism and is vastly overcrowded to the point where it's almost shoulder to shoulder. It's only a short walk but one can definitely immerse themselves in the architecture and history of it. It's such an amazing experience.

Interesting bridge - Golden Bridge is as expected. Glad we saw it as quite unique. Quite crowded and lots of selfies happening, it’s a bit cooler in Ba Na Hills in July, so good way to spend a morning
