The Bana highland Range, reaching an elevation of 1,487 meters above sea level, maintains an average annual temperature ranging from 17 to 20 degrees Celsius (62.6 to 68 degrees Fahrenheit). Ba Na experiences a unique daily cycle of seasons: morning springtime, midday summertime, evening autumn, and nighttime winter. A distinctive trait is the constant mid-mountain cloud layer, which keeps the summits perpetually clear. Ba Na’s lush pine forests underline its history as the site of a French colonial resort established in the 1920s, which at its height featured 200 villas, dining establishments, and social venues.
