- Tra Que Vegetable Village - Tra Que Vegetable village where we will meet a local family to see how they live. Enjoy drinks made by them whilst they share stories about their lives in the village.
After our refreshment, they will demonstrate each task involved in the growing of vegetables. Then it is your turn to:
work the soil,
fertilise with seaweed, including stomping in the seaweed
sow the plants, and
water them with two watering cans in the traditional way.
- Bay Mau Coconut Forest - Coconut Forest where we will test the seafarer in you as you will take a ride in a bamboo basket boat giving you a chance to fish for crabs.
You will learn how locals throw out the big fishing nets and you will get to try this for yourself.
Your local guides will demonstrate their amazing skills at making watches, fish, and grasshoppers from coconut leaves which they will then give to you as souvenirs.

We first pay a visit to the Tra Que Vegetable village. Here, we interact with a native family to get a glimpse of their lifestyle. While savoring their homemade beverages, we listen to their intriguing stories about village life.
Following our meet and greet, the family shows us the various steps involved in vegetable cultivation.
Next, we engage in a thrilling ride on a water buffalo.
Moving forward, we head to the Nipa Palm Coconut Forest. Here, you get to bring out your adventurous side by going for a ride in a bamboo basket boat and trying your hand at crab fishing.
You’ll be taught the art of casting a large fishing net by the locals, and even have a go at it yourself.
- A local noodle lunch is next on the agenda.
Then, we make our way to the Marble Mountain, an amalgamation of five miniature mountains that symbolize the five crucial elements of the cosmos: water, fire, wood, earth, and metal. This is followed by an exploration of the natural caves.
Our trip concludes with a visit to a family-run marble handicraft workshop at the marble village.
