Great - Worth booking the early morning, to avoid the crowds. Allowing you that extra space to take better photos without others in the photo.

Cruise ship tour to ba na hills october 19 - I can't recommend Andy enough. Brilliant. He replies promptly and our guide Aqua was great and we had a safe careful driver. Not all drivers in Asia are, I can assure you of that! The weather was terrible but we still had a great day all the same Ba na hills is a crazy place. The cable car ride is around 15 to 20 minutes. I think the longest I'm Asia. It's only all been built around 10 years. The golden bridge is amazing. It's like Disneyland on a mountain without the characters. Definately go. Around an hour to drive from Chan may port.

Amazing Tour of Amazing Sights! - We were picked up promptly from the cruise port in an air-conditioned van for our extended family of 9. Excellent tour with Mr. Key who spoke very good English and easy to understand. The only problem was our tour was on Saturday and there are SO many people in line to go up the cable car. The worst line was the 2nd cable car line from the Hands Bridge up to Sun World. Some people were literally pushing us in the back! Key did a great job trying to find the shortest lines but unfortunately there was nothing he could do about the crowds. We would love to come back and visit the amusement park “Sun World” sometime when it wasn’t so crowded. Looked like lots of cool rides, shows and things to see. The buffet lunch up on the mountain was too crowded to eat there so Mr. Key took us to a restaurant by an oyster farm on the way home where he pre-ordered several dishes for us. Food was excellent and it was nice not to be crowded with beautiful views! Wished we would have had more time before we had to be back on the ship! Highly recommend this tour! Loved the pictures our guide took for us and the great friendly communication before and after by Andy! The Golden Hands Bridge looked like something out of Lord of the Rings - awesome pics!

Great tour, smooth connection, tasty lunch. - We were in a cruise and docked at this far away port Chan May, which the cruise line calls Danang. Its funny because this port is in the middle of nowhere, and is an hour and half from Danang. Thankfully we had engaged the services of Andy and that saved the day. All tour attangements went smoothly, Bana is a good place to visit provided us an excellent lunch with Vietnam food mixed with international fare. Would recommend using them anytime.

Ba Na Hills and Golden Bridge - A truely breathtaking journey into a fairytale world. The trip through the hills by cable car was wonderful and the activities, and views from the hilltop is breathtaking. There is so much to do and see. Loved the gardens and view from the Golden Bridge. It is most definitely one of the best ever excursions we have ever done from a cruise ship. A million thanks Andy we will be recommending your services as much as we can.

Mmmm. Good, but could have been better. - We were really looking forward to this trip after seeing the pictures of the hills and the bridge in so many articles whilst planning our trip to Vietnam Ba Na Hills is truly spectacular and there is lots to do and see there. After paying for early entry, to avoid the crowds, we were let down, apparently, by some ‘Lazy Lady’ who hadn’t arrived before us to provide the entry. Crowds build quickly at this place and after waiting for 35 minutes ‘Lazy Lady’ arrived but by that time I was snorting like a bull about to charge a matador. We were picked up from our hotel at 7am and arrived at Ba Na Hills shortly before 7:45 but after wasting those valuable 35 minutes we didn’t get on the first cable car till around 8:35, by that time the early entry advantage had disappeared. The whole tour has an itinerary of around 3.5hrs, not including the transport to and from your hotel. To get benefit from your time at Ba Na Hills you need more than 3.hrs. Our guide told us that we would be back at our hotel around 1pm and we therefore felt the whole trip was hurried. If I was to do this again I would make my own way to the Hills by taxi with the aim of arriving for 7am, when the place opens. Our guide was good and the driver was excellent in the chaotic Vietnam traffic but I truly felt our guide was under time constraints. Our guide did ask if we wanted to see anything else or anything again but after being whisked round the place we were bedraggled, and ready to leave. Overall this was an average day that could have been significantly better by firstly arriving earlier, having tickets immediately available and extending the duration of the time at the Hills. Don’t get me wrong Ba Na Hills should be on your itinerary, it is an awesome place.
