These mountains feature numerous caves, pagodas, and temples. Marble Mountain is a must-visit for nature enthusiasts seeking a break from bustling city life.
At the base of the mountains lies a traditional marble fine art village, boasting a history of over 300 years. Visitors can admire the skilled artisans, their creativity, and their uniquely beautiful creations.
After bidding farewell to Marble Mountains, the tour proceeds to a local family for a delightful Vietnamese lunch.
- Linh Ung Pagoda - Post-lunch, the journey continues to Am Phu Cave, also known as the Hell Cave. Here, visitors can marvel at the somewhat mysterious landscape and gain insights into the philosophy of life and the law of karma, the spiritual principle of cause and effect, where one’s intentions and actions shape the future.
Returning to the bus, the tour heads to Monkey Mountains, offering a panoramic view of Da Nang from an elevated position. In Monkey Mountain, visitors will explore Linh Ung Pagoda, one of Da Nang’s largest pagodas, and see the tallest Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva, Lady Buddha, statue in Vietnam, standing at 67 meters. There is ample time for photography and relaxation in this beautiful area, and with some luck, many monkeys can be spotted around the pagoda.
- Hoi An - Later, back at the local family, guests are welcomed with a drink and invited to participate in a cooking class. A vegetarian menu is available upon request.
The tour concludes with a transfer back to the hotel in Hoi An and Da Nang.
