Ba Na Hills - We are a family of ten and were on the tour with two others from England. It was an extremely wet day with strong wind and heavy rain bucketing down non-stop. Mr Bean, our guide, was kind enough to remind us to bring extra clothing to keep warm for the trip. It was indeed very cold up the Ba Na Hills. It was not the best trip due to the rain as we couldn’t see much the entire time. Nevertheless, Mr Bean kept the mood high. He spoke very well and was very funny. He took us all around the attraction to ensure we don’t miss anything and took photos for us in the heavy rain. He certainly made our day.
He also helped arranged private transfers for us to go to the airport the following day. He called to ensure the transport arrived, and later again to ensure our flights were on schedule. He was very courteous, even after completing his job with us as our guide.
I booked all our Vietnam day trips through Klook. Mr Bean was our second tour on Venus and we have thoroughly enjoyed both tours. I highly recommend getting Mr Bean as your guide!

Amidst the sky at Bana Hills - My mum and I took this tour to Bana Hills to see the Golden Hands bridge. We had an amazing wholesome experience. Our tour guide Mr Datta picked us up on time and made each and every bit of our trip memorable. He is very friendly, funny and responsible as a tour guide. He made sure the entire group has a great experience while staying together. To be honest the place is huge...locating structures and people is almost like a treasure hunt. Having a hands on and sincere tour guide like Mr Datta is extremely important. Overall a great experience 👍👍👍👍

Trip review of Ba Na hills - We had tour with Datta very good guide, he knew all the places and gave us good time to explore the place and click pictures. He dropped us back to the hotel on time as well, really appericiate his efforts to make us comfortable and enjoy the time.

Great fun tour to Bana Hills - Datto, our guide met us at our hotel for our private tour to Bana Hills. Even though it poured with rain and was so foggy it was hard to see anything, we had the most amazing day. Datto was so funny and friendly and very very helpful. He made the day a fantastic experience and was knowledgeable. Highly recommend this tour. Everything went so smoothly.

Wonderful tour - We had a really wonderful time on our honeymoon and this tour was definitely one of the highlights thanks to Mr. Bean who has a great sense of humor and made the tour a lot of fun. He was always looking after us, yet giving us the freedom to explore, and we want to especially thank you for the nice pictures he took of us and photo spots he showed us to avoid the crowds.
