No problems at all, although a tight... - No problems at all, although a tight squeeze to get everyone plus luggage in the vehicle. A larger vehicle may have been more appropriate.

The car wasn't there when we... - The car wasn't there when we arrived. We had to call to get the office to check and they finally sent a car which arrived in about 15 minutes. Driver didn't really know where we were going even though we gave them the address when we made the booking. Too much trouble for the money paid.

Driver did not meet and greet. - on February 4, our flight was on time and no where to find the driver. my husband look for him and found him sitting down with our name on his placard.

The car did not arrive. We waited... - The car did not arrive. We waited for 15 minutes but nobody arrived! We took a taxi instead. Next time just take a taxi. It is cheaper and many are available even during midnight.

No help with luggage, car was too... - No help with luggage, car was too small, assistant with driver held our bag in front seat. Neither one spoke any English. They made five phone calls during the trip, yelling during two of them. When we asked what was wrong, they replied No English. They did not know the actual directions, stopped along side of access road to freeway, yelling at gentleman walking on sidewalk to ask him where the hotel was. Then arriving at JW Marriott, they did not even go to the entrance, we had to turn around and told them where Hotel entrance was. This was THE WORST experience. To be in a foreign country and a new city for the first time in a car with people that do not speak the language and not sure if you are going to the correct place or not was very unnerving. This was NOT a shared arrival transfer...and if this had been our first experience, we would not use your services again. However, other cities and countries went well. It does make us nervous for future bookings. Seriously....this was scary and we were nervous.
