Amazing Taiwanese cooking experience. - We started by meeting Wayne at the designated spot. Since it’s right next to the metro station, it was incredibly easy to find.
Wayne’s English is completely fluent, so my partner was able to fully interact even though she doesn’t speak mandarin.
We started with a tour of the local market which was much better than expected. Tried some snacks that we would not have otherwise bought ourselves.
The cooking portion was the highlight though of course. Not only do we get his family recipes, cook and eat delicious food, but Wayne is extremely knowledgeable about cooking techniques.
This was such a good experience that we will be booking it again the next time we are back.

Amazing - A unique experience where you and your friends/family get to make boba tea and potstickers, and then eat them. :) 5/5 Went on a school trip.

Awesome cooking experience with Chef Wayne! - My stir fry cooking experience with Chef Wayne was outstanding! I learned a lot of new techniques from the class. Chef Wayne is very knowledgeable! He has an easy going demeanor that will put you at ease regardless of your culinary skill level. The actual kitchen (cooking lab) is spacious and clean!

super enjoyable! (delicious too) - This was one of the highlights of our trip to Taipei. A chance to do something different than the day-to-day touring of the typical (and wonderful) sites. Wayne was a great chef and teacher. First, he took us through the market--(enjoyable, educational and TASTY) to buy ingredients and then proceeded to his kitchen/studio to prepare lunch. When we got there, we put on aprons and got to work preparing three courses...Guided by Wayne in a fun and informal setting. And then we ate our work--it was delicious. thank you Wayne.

Class not to be missed - Very friendly and welcoming feel throughout the entire class. Indeed learnt the technique of cooking fav dish and having so much fun d.i.y bubble tea. Worth it! Thanks, Wayne.
