• Lắk Lake - The guides will meet the group for a brief orientation about the itinerary before departing from Nha Trang City. Along the way, there will be visits to a local fish market, a fishing village, and shellfish docks, where the farming methods and traditional shellfish and lobster techniques will be explained. The journey continues along a countryside road with a stop at a sugar cane farm to learn about its operations. A break will be taken to enjoy a freshly prepared lunch at a local hillside restaurant. The adventure proceeds through the backroads of the ancient villages of the “Ede”, “Dao”, and “H’mong” people, offering insights into their traditions, cultures, customs, and daily lives. The next stops include black pepper and coffee plantations, as well as a traditional clay brick factory, where harvesting and traditional manufacturing methods will be discussed. Overnight accommodations will be at the Van Long Resort (2-star) or a homestay in the Long Stilt house of the M’nong people by the lake. After dinner, guests can enjoy a Traditional Ethnic Music festival, savor homemade jug rice wine in a traditional and spiritual manner, and witness magical dancing and ritual performances with the M’nong people (seasonal).
