Best Tour Ever - 10/10 would recommend. Farz and Mar were our tour guides. They were amazing and they made the whole experience fun. Fun!

Best way to see the highlights of dallas - This was the best experience of our Dallas vacation. The guide was fun and informative. We had never ridden the scooter and he taught us well. He even extended our time to allow us to stop and take pictures and visit the Farmers Market.

Fun way to experience Dallas! - It was an easy ride and learned some interesting facts about Dallas. Also, had never driven a scooter before, but was still very manageable. Fun way to spend a weekend morning in the city!

A worthwhile adventure - Mike the tour guy was fantastic made the whole adventure a fantastic experience. Mike thanks for all the knowledge you able to share about everything. Looking forward to the next scooter adventure.

Riding through Dallas - We loved the tour. Mike was our guide and he was excellent. We hit all the major points of interest in Dallas and Mike had the best explanations and information about every stop. Definitely would recommend for visitors!!!

Electric Fun! - This was one heck of a great experience! My husband and I are seniors, and had never ridden scooters before, but are avid bike riders and found the scooters to be fairly easy. Our guide Mike was terrific! He was patient and kind and had our safety in mind, in the traffic of the streets. The stops along the way were informative and provided good opportunities for photos. You definitely want to include this excursion in your trip to Dallas!!

Fun and Scenic Tour, but Could Use More History - This was a fantastic way to explore downtown Dallas! Riding through the city on e-scooters was a blast, and the guides were super friendly, entertaining, and made the experience really enjoyable. The views were amazing, we got great pictures, and overall, we had a great time—I’d definitely recommend it! That said, I felt the “history tour” aspect could be improved. I would have liked to make more stops and hear more details about the places we visited. For example, learning about the development of the Arts District, what existed there before, and the history behind landmarks like the old Dallas Federal Reserve, the gold statue at AT&T Discovery District, and the historic Adolphus and Magnolia Hotels would have added a lot of depth. A great addition could be a microphone system that allows the guide to share historical insights while we ride. Overall, it’s a really fun experience, and with a bit more history, it would be perfect!

NO Customer Service - myself and my 2 friends, scheduled and paid in full!!! We had a medical emergency on our way to our scheduled time. I immediately sent an email (1 hr before our appt) and said we need to reschedule we will not make it on time. We were in Dallas for the weekend and could have rescheduled over the next 3 days and no one ever got to us. We sent through several emails and still haven't spoken with anyone. This was ALOT of $$$ and we received ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO EMAILS, NO PHONE CALLS, NOT EVEN A CHANCE TO RESCHEDULE AND NO REFUND of ANY KIND.... THIS IS SO VERY FRUSTRATING
