Fun way to experience Dallas! - It was an easy ride and learned some interesting facts about Dallas. Also, had never driven a scooter before, but was still very manageable. Fun way to spend a weekend morning in the city!

A worthwhile adventure - Mike the tour guy was fantastic made the whole adventure a fantastic experience. Mike thanks for all the knowledge you able to share about everything. Looking forward to the next scooter adventure.

Riding through Dallas - We loved the tour. Mike was our guide and he was excellent. We hit all the major points of interest in Dallas and Mike had the best explanations and information about every stop. Definitely would recommend for visitors!!!

Electric Fun! - This was one heck of a great experience! My husband and I are seniors, and had never ridden scooters before, but are avid bike riders and found the scooters to be fairly easy. Our guide Mike was terrific! He was patient and kind and had our safety in mind, in the traffic of the streets. The stops along the way were informative and provided good opportunities for photos. You definitely want to include this excursion in your trip to Dallas!!

Escooter Best Experience! - Everything was perfect with the escooter tour. Guide was so patient and fun. Will definitely be doing this again. Loved it!

Best tour - Our tour guide Faz was awesome! He shared some cool history with us and offered to take our pictures for us. He played great music and gave us enough time to explore and see the sights. It was perfect! Well worth the money!

Great tour that I would recommend to anyone! - Great was to see downtown Dallas! I would recommend going in the morning when it’s cooler and streets are less crowded.

Worth every penny. - We had a great time. While initially I was worried about riding scooters through downtown, after 10 minutes I was mastering the driving of it, and subsequently had a blast. And traffic was not even that bad. Cannot wait for next year, when the tour will turn into a foodie experience. Cody, our guide, was great. Will do this tour again next year. My students had a blast.

NO Customer Service - myself and my 2 friends, scheduled and paid in full!!! We had a medical emergency on our way to our scheduled time. I immediately sent an email (1 hr before our appt) and said we need to reschedule we will not make it on time. We were in Dallas for the weekend and could have rescheduled over the next 3 days and no one ever got to us. We sent through several emails and still haven't spoken with anyone. This was ALOT of $$$ and we received ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO EMAILS, NO PHONE CALLS, NOT EVEN A CHANCE TO RESCHEDULE AND NO REFUND of ANY KIND.... THIS IS SO VERY FRUSTRATING

Ouch! - Hitting a curb. I signed up for the trikes, but they had switched to bikes. I have my motorcycle endorsement but It’s been years since I road…my first clue. One of the things my husband insisted on was no group rides with riders we don’t know. This tour had seventeen people, probably way too many . That should have been my second clue. Anyway, as I was being loaded into the ambulance, the tour guide told me I would get a refund. I called In-City Wheels and they were supposed to investigate but I have not seen a refund. My tour was April 6th. Can you help?
