• Damajagua Waterfalls - The Dominican Republic is known for its tropical nature, mountain streams and cascades. Damajagua Waterfalls is one of the most emblematic places around Puerto Plata. Here you’ll try an activity called canyoning, which means you’ll wade in the river, swim, slide down rock slides, and even jump off cascades if you feel like it! All of this in a remarkable scenery of rainforest and amazingly carved limestone rocks. Although this activity sounds extreme, it is very safe and is conducted under the instruction of experienced guides. Equipment such as helmets and life jackets are included in the price. Since 8-year-old children can already do it, you certainly can too! :)

With us you will travel in a small group, and you can choose the activity version including Zipline or Damajagua Waterfalls alone.

Please keep in mind that this activity requires at least average fitness, as you will be going uphill, wading in the river, sliding down rock slides, swimming in the canyon, and even jumping into the water if you feel like it :)
