• Damnoen Saduak - We depart from your hotel in Hua Hin / Cha-am at the crack of dawn, with the first light of the day. The early start ensures we catch the Danmern Saduak at its busiest, as it’s only active until about 11 am. Our journey takes us through quaint sugar cane villages and past factories, highlighting the region’s key agricultural products. Our destination in the morning is the dock for long-tail boats near the floating market, where adept skippers deftly steer through the waterways, gliding by plantations and traditional teak houses.\n- Damnoen Saduak Floating Market - Our adventure culminates at the epicenter of the floating market. Predominantly female vendors navigate the channels, offering fresh produce and authentic Thai delicacies to those eager to savor the flavors of Thailand. For an additional fee (not included), you have the option to join these proficient merchants on a paddle boat, immersing yourself in a timeless aspect of Thai commerce. A plethora of stalls present an array of goods, from souvenirs and t-shirts to local crafts, perfect for bringing a piece of Thailand back home.\n- Khao Wang (Phra Nakhon Khiri Historical Park) - Our chauffeur for the day greets you once more in the sanctuary of a climate-controlled vehicle, setting off for Phetchaburi, the historic capital of the province and a cherished retreat of King Mongkut, the fifth monarch of the Rama Dynasty. His renowned summer palace, known as Khao Wang, perched atop a hill in central Phetchaburi, is visible from a distance and affords panoramic views of the surrounding area, the river, and the mountains that converge with Myanmar. At the summit, your guide will highlight the diverse architectural styles that make this palace a must-see; from neoclassical to Thai-Chinese influences, this royal haven has it all.\n\nAs we leave only our footprints behind, we make our way back to your resort in Hua Hin / Cha-am, with an estimated return time of 6 pm. The day concludes with a treasure trove of memories from an exhilarating day.

• Return transfers for this excursion apply only / are inclusive for customers staying in Hua Hin and Cha-am only. Transfers outside these areas, including any accommodation outside this area such as Pranburi, Phetchaburi, Kuiburi, Prachuab Khirikhan and Hua Hin Airport are excluded. Supplements apply for customers who want to join this excursion outside one of these regions.

• Please ensure that you bring sunglasses, a hat /cap and sunblock with a high SPF factor when traveling with us on this tour – even when it is cloudy, the sunrays still have an immense power.
• It is the responsibility of the customer to provide us with the correct hotel information, should pick-up and drop-off services be included in the package. Any changes in accommodation outside 24 hours will be handled accordingly: changes within 24 hours may be on request.
• The drive to/from the Damnern Saduak is approximately 2 - 2.5 hours, depending on traffic conditions.
