Selous Game Reserve - Early in the morning, you’ll be picked up from your hotel or residence and driven to Nyerere National Park, a journey of about 5 hours. Upon arrival, you’ll check in at Africa Safari Selous for accommodation. After lunch and some relaxation by the swimming pool, you’ll head to the Rufiji River for a boat safari. The Rufiji River is home to many crocodiles and hippos, and a boat safari offers a unique chance to see these impressive creatures in their natural environment. The river and its surroundings are also a haven for bird species, so keep an eye out for colorful birds like herons, storks, and kingfishers.
