My experience on my trip to Sikkim - My trip to Gangtok with my family was incredible. It was an amazing experience. The land of mountains is heaven on earth. The booking process by Ms Reba Ghosh was very smooth. She helped us customize our itinerary to include all the places we wanted to visit. Highy appreciate the daily calls that I received from Ms Sneha to enquire for any day-to-day issues and feedback of the day. The hotels were comfortable, and the transportation was always on time. If the hotel at Gangtok had been at MG Marg, it would have been an icing on the cake. Nevertheless the hotel's were very good. Both our pilots Sh. Prayash Sharma and Sh. Ranjit Sharma were very knowledgeable and made our trip even more enjoyable. I thank all of you and your entire team for making our experience unforgettable!

Amazing trip - As I was looking for package for sightseeing on google and I came across this site. I came in contact with Ms Reva Ghosh and she helped me plan my itinerary and adjusted it multiple times without any complaints. Reva and her team was professional and responsive at all times and well connected with me on the trip and made my stay and vacation worth the money and actually more . My trip was wonderful. I would recommend them as the trips are well planned and reasonable for the pocket . They are very trustworthy and take into consideration your requirements.

A 4-Night Journey Through Sikkim and Darjeeling - The 4-night tour of Sikkim and Darjeeling was a blissful escape into the heart of the Himalayas. From the serene Tsongmo Lake to the vibrant streets of Gangtok and Darjeeling, every moment was filled with awe-inspiring beauty. The early morning visit to Tiger Hill left me spellbound as I witnessed the sunrise painting the snow-capped peaks with golden hues. Our chauffeur was knowledgeable and ensured a comfortable journey throughout.

Driver got drunk night before travel and vomitted during whole journey - On the morning in Lachung (remote area in North Sikkim), I checked if the driver was drunk in the morning. He wasn’t drunk, so we sat in the car. He also told me that he was drunk the night before. Later on the way from Lachung to Yumthang valley, from 8am-2pm, the driver vomitted (puked) 🤮 4-5 times (because he was drunk last night). Once he did it while sitting on the driver seat. It was a horrible horrible experience and very unsafe to be with him. I couldn’t change the car because we were in the middle of no-where. And the agency did not pickup my call. Yes tourism provided cheap and disgusting driver, which made us feel unsafe and scared our whole trip. They did not even call me back after the trip when I told about the incident on the whatsapp group. It is clearly not worth the money you pay. Highly recommend to find some other agency.

Bad drivers and do not book - We had a good experience but one of our drives was rude and not good, the tours and travels had made a group for us to communicate. The driver was extremely rude and non cooperative and hence we have a feedback for the same. As soon as the read this they didnt respond no acknowledgement us. No reply from them

Avoid this agency, very unprofessional - We booked a trip without accommodation because we wanted to choose the hotel ourselves. We booked a train ride at the same time. The agency confirmed everything to us. In fact the tour was poorly organized, it didn't go according to the itinerary, they kept asking us for additional fees for the transport, the train was not ordered, we had to arrange and pay for it ourselves. In Darjeeling, some facilities were closed due to the elections, we had no alternative program and again we were asked to pay extra. We kept getting different requests. For example, that we will need 2 copies of passport, visa for permission to sIKKIMU, the next day they said that we will need 4 copies and in fact we only needed one We were very disgusted by the agency's approach and definitely do not recommend it to anyone
