Great food, great company, great staff! - Our experience of the acclaimed Darwin sunset was well rewarded with this Sunset cruise aboard the vessel Cape Adieu a beautiful old Lobster/shark fishing cutter from South Australia, hence the name, now transformed into a wonderful floating resturaunt. We had a choice of several cruises on different styles of vessels, but were persuaded by the Menu choice and the character of the Cape Adieu. We were impressed by the efficient friendly staff, and boarding was executed in minimum time. The choice of drinks should satisfy even the most discerning passengers, and the choice of foods from the succulent SA oysters, to the Carpentaria prawns started our top deck experience in the right direction. The service was excellent with a wide range of food for all tastes to choose from, and none of the buffet scramble of first in best dressed, evident. The sunset was at its spectacular best and we returned to Port a little later than was advertised, but I considered that as a bonus.

Sail into the Sunset on the Cape Adieu - What a great at to end a holiday - if you are after a relaxed personalised experience with great food Munro, Grace and the team will look after you. Full bar on board and the views are very special. We were also lucky enough to sail past the Amerigo Vespucci whilst it was docked.

Relaxing and Delicious - The crew were terrific, the atmosphere was great, the food was excellent and we had good conversation and interaction with fellow guests on the top deck. Quite warm in the sun on the pier prior to embarking, but it is the NT!

Awsome - The whole experience . The sevice was great , staff were pleasant & did a fantastic job. Food was high quality & presented nicely with a smile. The drinks nice & cold & not over priced. The couple that have purchased the boat, only a few months ago, have done an awsome job & we wish them all the best for the future. Their staff were happy & also supplied excellent service. We'll recommend their well presented & beautiful boat to everyone! Thanks for the fantastic night. Sue, John , Judy & Reg

Sisters doing Darwin in style - Grace and Munro looked after us in fine fashion on the night seas. The evening was lovely with delicious food and yummy wine. Captain Munro allowed his lovely mother Debs sail the boat for quite a long time before she discovered it was on autopilot. The beauty of this trip was that it was a small group and everyone got to mingle. Thank you Ollie for looking after us too. Have a great time in Queensland when you leave Darwin and safe travels home to the Uk

Greatest Darwin harbour cruiser - Great evening on a very well organised tour Food was sensational and the service was too The cruise was more a personalised sail rather than 300 people fighting over a smorgasbord

Highly recommend! - As long term locals, this was one of the few things we hadn't done yet. Loved the vibe on board, very friendly. Food was perfect. Can't beat a Darwin ocean sunset with a sit-down meal cooked to order!

Disappointing - The cruise, staff & commentary were good! The nibblies before setting off weren’t much chop. Prawns & oysters great. Steak & salads so so but dessert just watermelon & orange slices doesn’t count especially the high price you pay. I’m sorry this cruise has gone down since our last in 2022 Wouldn’t return.
