Full day - worth every penny - Charlie was an incredible tour guide. He captured our day in lots of great photos and filled the day with lots of nice above and beyond touches. We can't recommend this tour enough.

Super tour with very nice and reliable guide - Our guide was very reliable and even let us know again a day before the tour when and where he will pick us up. The tour was also perfectly timed.

Great way to see a lot with limited time. Highly recommended! - This tour is an excellent way to see a great deal within limited time! All details of our tour were perfect starting with a friendly and knowledgeable guide, comfortable and clean car, specialized experiences and itinerary, and finally with a focus on our unique desires and interests. The day was filled with top things to see in the city while being balanced with personalized and unique experiences off of the traditional tourist trail. Our guide ensured that we were prepared by providing us with background information, explaining details at the site, and answering all of the questions we had. Because of our guide’s commitment to our enjoyment we learned so much about the culture, city, and history and have left with a great desire to come back again and explore even more with our amazing guide. Our guide, Charlie, was absolutely fantastic! Being able to customize the day and have a personal guide to tour highlights was a great experience. We made lasting memories and a gracious friend to visit next time!

Excellent - Our guide was Charlie he was our guide on 27th October. He was very good he showed us all the best sights was very informative and above all,very friendly and informative. He bought us bubble tea!! I would recommend anyone taking this tour to ask for him Thanks Charlie for a great day

Peaceful, accommodating, really fun! - Bruce was my private tour operator and he was fantastic! He was very friendly, open and gave me lots of time to move at my own pace. I've got a leg injury which means I have to walk with a cane sometimes, and he was always really accommodating and thoughtful. He also tailored the visits according to what I expressed interest in, and reminded me to take breaks. His recommendations were always really good, he even passed on some food and places to visit! I highly recommend Bruce and this tour to anyone that wants to take it! Wouldn't have seen the monastery, parts of Kaohsiung and this area of Taiwan in any other way, I really enjoyed my time!

Day Tour at Kaohsiung with Charlie - Brought my parents for our Taiwan trip and booked a day tour at Kaohsiung. Charlie was our assigned guide and we visited many places in a short stint of 6 hours. I particularly like the visit to Fo Guang Shan, the iconic and majestic place, which my parents really liked too. This was supplemented by Charlie’s very informative guide (he even attended lessons over there!). I think you can really tell how passionate someone feels towards his job when he takes the effort to read up so that he can explain everything in detail to his clients - and that’s Charlie for you! We also visited places like Pier 2, Sizihwan etc. It was a memorable tour and if time avails, would definitely love to spend more time in Kaohsiung. Highly recommend having Charlie as your tour guide, I’ve learnt a lot during this tour. Thank you!

Not really an English speaking Guide more of a taxi driver. - We enjoyed our day, packed with itineraries which i prepared myself and consulted with Vincent before we set off. Would have given him a 5 stars if he had better spoken English. Lucky for us (from Hong Kong originally) we can understand a bit of his Taiwanese. We communicated through using WhatsApp which he would sent information in English about the place we are visiting so that worked for us. But compare with Harry from Taipei, wow he was so much better. But I can see the frustration from anyone else. Vincent worked hard for us and basically willing to go anywhere you want within the time allocated. He did suggest a couple of places not on my list.
