The historic side of a place - Worth the experience visiting this historic quarter of the city. It's not just about the touristy side of a place but also its past as well. My guide May Ei was particularly knowledgeable about the topic.

Fascinating afternoon exploration of an older part of Taipei - Our tour guide Gina did a great job showing us Dadaocheng! She was able to seamlessly juggle between addressing the Canadian guests in English as well as my parents, who spoke Mandarin. While we had been to Dadaocheng several times before, it was always brief and singleminded, with the purpose to buy or eat something. This was the first time we had a leisurely stroll through the area, and Gina shared many interesting details about the architecture as well as led us to explore new shops that we would have never thought to visit. Was a great time facilitated by a great guide!

Fascinating history for a lively local neighborhood! - We had a wonderful tour with our guide Wayne (aka Pooh). He grew up in this neighborhood and was able to explain a lot of the history. It’s a fascinating neighborhood with diverse architecture, in addition to the bustling street stands full of amazing food. Wayne was also exceedingly generous with his time and went out of his way to help us with suggestions on where to eat and what to do. Great tour for an unbeatable price!

Experience the history and traditional culture in Dadaocheng - It was my first time join the waking tour with my classmates. Although I have been Dadaocheng many times before, I never knew its history background or visit the local tea shop and museum. As well as seeing an event that was held in front of a temple! All and all, this was an interesting and informative learning experience~

Taipei local experience - It was a nice and easy walking tour with local guides who show you their treasures and important historical places of Dadaocheng. Also, it helped to better understand the culture by having a local guide you around the area.
