We start the day with a traditional Taiwanese breakfast, and then pedal around historic streets, traditional markets, grand architecture, immaculate temples, and more! Listen to fun facts from your guide about the culture and history of the city as you go. This tour is a great way to orient yourself on your first day in the city, or see the sights if you only have a short time to visit.
We meet up at the Taipei Bike Works bike shop to start the tour.
The tour guide reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tour in case of extreme weather condition warnings and if there are less than 3 people total joining the tour.

Great Tour; Highly Recommend. - Fantastic bike tour and experience. Our tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable, funny, and helped make a good experience. We departed a bit late after waiting for another guest, so instead of having breakfast, we got dumplings halfway through the tour, which were delicious. The tour was a great way to see most of the top sites of the city, and we often stopped for a quick explanation, or stopped, locked our bikes, and walked around. The weather was quite warm, but we were given plenty of water and chances to refill our water bottles. While the bike was not electric, it was still very light and easy to use. There were no hills or difficult rides. The streets were a bit busy but not too difficult to navigate at all.

Great way to explore and learn about the city - Great tour - interesting mix of temples, shops, geography, history. Thoroughly recommended! Easy ride on flat terrain and while sunny when we went not too hot.

An excellent introduction to Taipei - An very easy, enjoyable, safe and informative way to be introduced to Taipei. Mike took us around central and westerns Taipei where we had lots of stops, including a great local breakfast. He was nice and relaxed, making it all very pleasant experience. It was so nice not to be walking or in and out of a car/van. Definitely recommend.

Great start to a visit to Taipei - A great morning with Mike, cycling around the streets of Taipei. Very easy, safe and informative. A really good local breakfast stop. A really nice and relaxed way to be introduced to Taipei. Definitely recommend.

A fabulous 4 hour hour cycling tour in Taipei not to be missed !!! - Fabulous bike tour, we thoroughly recommend you do this as soon as you arrive in Taipei. Jonnie was a brilliant guide, very knowledgeable, informative and a great tour guide. We would never have been able to find, let alone see, everything we did in 4 hours. Riding in the traffic was hilarious , so much fun as a group, and it was also very safe. Unlimited water and beautiful dumplings for brunch were an added bonus and Jonnie went above and beyond, helping us to make a dinner reservation and suggestions for our quick trip. Loved our 48 hours in Taipei and have recommended my son and his partner to book this tour in January when they stop over. Thank you so much . Kate and Paul

Don't miss out on this Taipei experience! - I had such a great time with this bike & breakfast tour with my amazing guide Mike! Mike made this such an enjoyable tour that I learned so much about history, culture, and food all while riding bicycles throughout Taipei.
I highly recommend this tour! Such an adventurous way to explore Taipei! 5+ stars all the way!

Amazing! - I would recommend doing this on the first day of your trip to really get a first feel for Taipei. Our tour guide Mike was very knowledgeable on the culture of Taiwan and was very informative. He also gave us very good recommendations.
The trip was also very easy and not hard at all. As a person who doesn’t ride bikes very often I was a bit apreehensive, but it was a very easy ride.

Great cycling tour. - We had an awesome cycling tour with Ali, visited multiple sites and had a delicious breakfast. Ali was very attentive, thoughtful and knowledgeable. We learned a lot about Taiwanese culture, Taiwanese history and Ali was very thoughtful about the heat.
