Every cooking class includes an exciting adventure through the local Dadaocheng streets and markets.

Participants will not just use pre-prepared ingredients; they will discover the stories behind Taiwanese cuisine and start their culinary journey with fresh, authentic ingredients. For instance, instead of using pre-made noodles, participants will make them from scratch, beginning with flour.

Classes are limited to a maximum of 6 participants, ensuring no shortcuts and no pre-made meals.

The owner, Alex, is welcoming and generous. He enjoys sharing and will communicate in English, Mandarin, Hokkien, and some Japanese during the class.
