Amazing tour with Nicolas - We had an amazing day with Nicolas to Jiufen and Shifen. He was very helpful, flexible, and communicative when creating our custom itinerary. He gave great recommendations and let us also give whatever preferences we had for our tour. He was great with the grandparents and also kids in our party of 7. He was a very safe driver, he was knowledgeable about Taipei, Jiufen, and Shifen, and he led us to some great places to eat. He was also gracious with his time, and he was flexible with our dropoff point as we made a change last minute. I highly recommend Nicolas! I can’t wait to come back and book him for another tour.

Small towns, big adventures - Daphne is an incredible guide. She's so accommodating and kind and a wealth of knowledge! She was so easy to talk to and I felt like I really learned a lot about every town we visited and about Taiwan in general. Every stop had something interesting to experience. We stop to have tea and a snack, which was fun and delicious! All the beautiful scenery and multiple opportunities to try local bites was an added plus too! We ended our day with a beautiful lantern experience, which was perfect.

Chia Chien is aGreat tour guide - Chia Chien is a great tour guide and she is well educated . I had a super time and she explain everything in detail. her English is very good. she has a new car and her driving is very good. I will recommend her to anyone

Best Tour Guide Ever! - I really cannot ask for a better person to bring us along on our 1st
experience off grid of Taipei! Jack was simply fantastic bringing us
everywhere as well as very friendly. So many times he went out of his
way to make sure we are entertain and comfortable. I will resommend
him for sure to anyone who is looking for a fun time at Taipei!

Stephen - Stephen was a great guide. He could explain everything und had answers
to all of our questions concerning life in Taiwan. He was a safe
driver and always very polite and helpful. We highly recommend him as
a guide. Although he is French his English was quite good.

Full day tour - Jessica was an amazing host and very knowledgeable! We really enjoyed
the day with her and learnt a lot! She knew lots of amazing facts about the places we visited and really knew her way around! All her recommendations were excellent and we especially loved going through
the temple with her and learning about how it works! I would highly recommend a tour with Jessica!

Fantastic Day Trip - My day with Jack was fantastic. He was kind enough to pick me up at my
hotel and drove us in his very nice vehicle first to Shifen, the town
and the waterfall, then on to Jiufen. He recommend the best food items
to try and they were all delicious! He is very knowledgeable about
both the sites we visited as well as the general history of Taiwan. We
had great conversations throughout the day! We left Jiufen city and
explored the gold museum, the WWII POW site and memorial and then the
beautiful coast. As my short visit to Taiwan was centered in Taipei,
Jacks tour gave me the only opportunity to see these sites on a
compressed timeline. Don't come to Taiwan without giving yourself this
opportunity. Thanks Jack!

Really enjoyed this tour - The waterfalls were more than I expected, the visit to Shifen and the ballon launch was terrific. The visit to Jiulen was lots of fun, full of life. My tour guide Jessica was terrific. She was friendly and very well informed especially on the visit to the Taoist Temple. A real education and lots of fun. Highly recommended.

Went to all the Sites, but didn't learn much - My family and I had a great time on the tour. We saw the old street in Jiufen, saw the waterfall at Shifen, and set lanterns off in Pinxi - all the activities we wanted to do! Thank being said, we didn't learn much about the places we went from our guide. I wish we had been told to bring rain gear as the guide said "it rains everyday!"
