The experience was amazing. - My daughter and I attended the cooking class Saturday morning 12/30. It was such a great experience. My daughter enjoyed making the soup dumplings and most of all she loved being a part of making the beef noodle soup. She ate the whole bowl of beef noodle soup and the best part is she got to shake/made her own bubble tea. Angela was very professional, and very thorough with every step. Highly recommended. We will come back for other dishes. Hoping the future they have cookie making! Love from NYC ( Holly )

Fun time making Xian long bao - Angela was our instructor. She was energetic and had a great personality. She provided tidbits on how to make the Xian long bao and beef noodles. The boba was pre made- packaged - it was not from scratch.

It was a really wonderful lesson! - I am Japanese and participated with my mother and sister. I made a reservation on a website called Cookly. On the day, we relied on Google Maps to find the location that was sent to us by email. The classroom is on the second floor of the building, so it was hard to find in the building, but there was a sign for the classroom in front of the building, so we were able to find it without getting lost. The floor where the lesson was held was very clean, so there were no concerns about hygiene. I took a two-hour course (in Japanese) to make Xiaolongbao, beef noodles, side dishes, and tapioca milk tea, and the staff were very efficient and made the work easy. For Xiaolongbao, you can do the whole process from making the dough to shaping it yourself. For other menus, the staff were in charge of some parts due to time constraints, but the ratio of parts that you make yourself and the parts that the staff will take care of and the selection of the steps were exquisite. The teacher who taught the lesson was also very nice, and we had a lot of fun talking to each other as we learned how to make the dishes. I think it's fun to participate with friends, family, couples, etc., but you can also enjoy it by yourself. We were given information about the ingredients used, where to buy them, and even a recipe at the end, so I thought it would be easy to recreate the recipe at home after the lesson. The teacher also took lots of photos during the lesson and sent the data to us later, so we were able to have a great time looking at the photos after we returned home. It was a slightly different experience from a normal trip, and we had something to look forward to after we got home, so it was a really wonderful time. It's also easily accessible (it's about halfway between Taipei Station and Zhongshan Station, about a 10-minute walk from either), so I would definitely recommend it to anyone planning to visit Taiwan in the future!

Great family activity - Great experience to learn about the country's food history and culture. The instructor was very patient and friendly when making Xiao long bao. We were there with my parents and boys 13 & 11 and all enjoyefd The studio is clean, well organized and cool air conditioned. If going by MRT exit 6 of Zongshan station brings you very close to the venue.

Kid friendly fun! - Lovely experience! My 11 & 13 yo sons, and older parents all had fun. Learned about what goes into the dishes. Also history of boba drink. Angela was very friendly and patient with everyone. Short walk from MRT. Closest station is Zongshan, exit 6 (Google maps took us to the further exit).

Felt it was a bit rushed but okay nonetheless - Very organized but the building was a little tough to find. I felt like it was a little over the top, some of the components of the dish was premade and I'm not sure how much I actually learned.
