Perfect Pick Up - This experience was excellent in every way. I was able to communicate my questions prior to the pick up, we were met exactly where we were told the greeter would be, the driver and car was excellent and the price was very fair. Quick and easy way to get into Taipei - We booked this last minute as it was our first time to Taipei and we were not sure about using the trains to get to our hotel. We were met at the Arrivals are with a sign and taken outside to the car. It was a quick and easy experience. The drive spoke some English and was able to answer our questions.

Convenient for first timers in Taipei - Very convenient. As soon as we got out of baggage claim, there was a sign with our name on it. Drive from airport to our Taipei destination was very smooth and traffic-free. Due to Chinese New Year's eve, the streets were almost empty. We were requested to give driver extra 15USD since it was Chinese New Year. Not sure if that's standard practice but felt we had no choice. Driver was nice anyway so all's well.

Great start visiting Taipei!!!! - Very professional and punctual. Did not have to wait. As soon we come out from customs. A sign with our name. Did not have to search.
The ride was great, our driver Phillis was very knowledgeable and was a smooth ride.

If you like smelling like a cigarette, this ride is for you! - We felt bad because our flight came in late, but they waited on us with a sign. However, our car smelled so horribly like cigarettes it was barely tolerable to even ride to our hotel.

Inadequate Sized Vehicle Resulting Hiring an Extra Cab for Transfer - Had indicated there were a total of eight persons and vehicle size was inadequate to carry both people and their respective luggage
In the end the group had to split up and hired another cab to get transfer to Taipei
Suggest for user to state upfront explicitly the number of people and the type and/or size of luggage
