• Pegeluhr - Water Clocks have stood by the Rhine River for years. Visit the Rheinuferpromenade to see them and solve the tricky riddle posed by the dwarf of this Clock named Bulle.

• Burgplatz - See beautiful Burgplatz square next to the water with it’s Harbor and Maritime Museum tower.

• Rheintreppe - See amazing colorful stairs leading down to the river, known as the Kuhna-Mauer Wall or ‘Rivertime’. Consisting of hundreds of thousands of colorful, flickering dots, the wall is infectiously cheerful.

• Radschlagerbrunnen - See fountain “The Boy Doing Cartwheels”. The Düsseldorf’s cartwheeler (Radschläger in German) is the oldest tradition of Düsseldorf and one of their famous landmarks.

• Jan-Wellem-Reiterstandbild - The statue, also known as “The Rider” is located steps from Dusseldorf Castle where Jan Wellem lived.

• Vier Karyatiden - The four Caryatids were built in 1881 and are presenting “Four arts”. These ladies were made by the sculptor Wilhelm Albermann served as portal figures for the old Kunsthalle, which you will also see behind them.

• Ratinger Tor - See Ratinger Tor is a wonderful Gate house that has stood here for well over 400 years. After the Ratinger Tor you will walk through the beautiful park Hofgarten to your next stop.

• Dusseldorfer Schauspielhaus - See the Düsseldorf Theater. Astonishing wavy shapes of this white theater resemble a theater for aliens :)
