Personalized service that goes above and beyond - Tanveer and his team were absolutely amazing. I was responsible for a trip to Delhi for 12 people, and Tanveer really made everything very easy for me. Besides taking care of transport and tours, he literally would chat on the phone with the taxi drivers to negotiate a rate for us. He took us to buy clothes and helped us haggle with the vendors. After my mom's phone was lost, he personally took her to the store to get a new phone and sort out a sim, etc. This company is so wonderful and I will definitely be using them again. In fact, my mom plans on staying in India longer just so she can take advantage of their Kashmir tour. When you make plans with this company, you can be sure your every need will be taken care of!!

Scam at its best for request for airport pick up!! - Driver did not turn up. Waited for almost an hour. Walking back and forth outside the gate like a fool. Asked airport transportation services to call number provided but no answer. Ended up taking uber. Wasted my time and reached hotel very late. Already requested for a full refund. Refer to IT-1492967781. Booking no: BR-1107337561 Tour Operator: India Private Tour Package with confirmation no: VIA-38889132. Felt like this is a scam and i want my full refund!!!
