Present-day, as you navigate its four-century-old maze of narrow lanes held in place by giant electrical wire networks and scented with the aroma of brewing tea and the spicy fragrance of breakfast curry, you witness a staggering simultaneity of bygone times and emerging future, vying for your notice.

Amazing and professional tour - Amazing and informative tour this morning with Ankush and Afsari! Felt so safe the entire time and experienced the authenticity of old dehli which can’t be done in a car. The guides were so knowledgeable, helpful, interesting to talk to and clearly so passionate. Couldn’t recommend more!

A different perspective when you cycle through your city - It was a lovely tour organized by Delhi by Cycles. Shahjahanabad ke kisse were well narrated by our guide Gerush. We got little tidbits of information about Old Delhi here and there. About the life in Shahjahanabad, about Fatehpuri Masjid and Red Fort, and about Ghalib Sahab. 1857 mutiny was touched upon here and there. Even though these “kisse” were good to hear, the highlight for me was exploring and navigating the city on a cycle— something that we usually don’t do. So thank you for that.
The cycles were well maintained and we were given enough time to adjust the seat heights and for people to get re-accustomed to cycling (many were cycling after a really long time). Smaller cycles were provided as per need. Mukesh Ji was an amazing Ride sweep who ensured everyone was on track and safe. Apsara was the female tour guide and was very helpful.
Navigating the narrow bustling streets of old Delhi can be tricky. The early start helps but it can get overwhelming if you are new to the city. Despite that it was the highlight. The tour lasted around 3 hours and included some chai and charcha on cycling.

Refreshing Experience! Nostalgic! - I went on Lodhi cycle tour with my 10 yr old son. Both of us enjoyed a lot. My son enjoyed so much that he even keeps on insisting to do the tour again. Highly recommend DBC.

Fun way to learn history. - Exploring the old lanes of Delhi to learn about history, while being mindful of the environment, became much more exciting with a great group of enthusiasts. Indeed a great experience!

A highlight in Delhi - Would book another tour - It was a fantastic way to see a different side of Delhi in the morning. The bikes (and helmets, if you choose) were in excellent condition. The early start meant quieter streets, which helped grow our confidence in navigating the streets. We felt safe and had a great laugh along the way.

Love it! - I have visited India many times, but doing so with locals always changes the experience. I took the bike tour through the old neighborhood of Delhi, it was fantastic, a very fun way to delve into its wonderful culture. DBC fan

Excellent weekend guided tour. - The tour was amazing from the very start. The cycles were well maintained, though some people complained of seats being uncomfortably hard. The locations were well chosen and the tour itself felt comprehensive. The guide was very knowledgeable and it was an awesome experience overall. Kudos to everyone who put their efforts into making it happen!
