The operator will arrange transportation from your hotel in Medan or Kualanamu Airport to a hotel near Parapat (Lake Toba).
Alternatively, if your accommodation is on Samosir Island, the operator will take you to Tigaraja Harbour, where you can board a public boat with your own ticket, which will take you directly to the front of your hotel on Samosir…

This service is also available for round trips from Medan to Lake Toba and back to Medan, with a maximum driving time of 10 hours. Any overtime can be settled directly with the driver. For pick-ups from Lake Toba, the driver can arrive at 10 am at either the Parapat hotel or the harbour.
