Additional Information
Cloud 9, a delicately handcrafted institution run by a family, is a relaxed and authentically elegant place. It maintains a fun, unassuming atmosphere with a stunning sundeck, multiple day beds, and a top-notch surround sound audio system. The package comes with free hotel transfers from accommodations within Nadi and Denarau locations. Transfers from Coral Coast, Vuda and Lautoka resorts can be scheduled for an additional charge of FJD20, payable by card on the same day.
IMPORTANT: Due to the ongoing pandemic, we have temporarily stopped providing snorkel masks and mouthpieces. We kindly request our guests to bring their own.
NOTE: Our 1:00 PM departure is conditional and will only proceed if a minimum of 25 guests are booked.
Guests vacationing on nearby islands like Plantation, Malolo, Musket, Matamonoa, Mana, Castaway, Treasure, among others, can arrange their transfers to CLOUD 9 via their resort’s water-sports activities team.
- Please advise any specific dietary requirements at time of booking
- Bring your own Towels, sunscreeen, hats and reef friendly sunglasses

- Snorkeling gear: we have 30 sets available for rental; guests are allowed to get their own
- Please do not bring your own food and drinks; this is a bar and pizzeria
- Children below 10 years are not accepted at CLOUD 9 due to safety reasons
- Please contact our sales team for any other water sports activities like parasailing, jetski and other rides which needs to be booked in advance and subject to availability (source - external suppliers)
- 01:00 PM departure from port Denarau is subject to operate with minimum of 25 guests. We will attempt to move guests to earlier departures if minimum numbers are not met.
- Note: Check-In begins at 8 AM till 8:45 AM and 12PM till 12:45 PM (special conditions apply for the PM trip)

Port Denarau Marina Nadi, guests are to meet at the check-in counter at 08:50AM unless informed differently by our team who will escort you to the vessel for departure. Guests are to follow our team to the hotel pick up area unless they wish to not utilize the transfers then guests may go own way

The greatest trip of my life😍 - We went for the PM trip, the whole trip was excellent. The staffs we’re all so friendly with their big bula smiles. The boat ride was so fun and exciting. Nice clear blue waters, the drinks and pizzas we’re amazing. I will recommend Cloud 9 to all my friends and family.

One of the most fun arvos I've ever had! - This was one of the funnest day trips I've ever taken. It's literally an afternoon (or morning if you have children), of day drinking, dancing to the DJ, making new friends and jumping into the clear blue sea! The drinks and pizza are priced well (same as we pay in NZ), and everyone is in a party mood. I really loved dancing and befriending people of all ages.
I loved this afternoon so much I booked it again for Sep 2024 trip... However we were cancelled due to bad weather, which can happen, and they will try and rebook or if not refund your money.

Party boat to party platform! Great fun! - Cloud 9 is such a vibe if you are there with the right people as the party atmosphere can throw a few people off. If you are looking for a place to relax but with injections of a good time this is the place for you. The staff are friendly, the drinks are tasty, the food is gooood and the views and swimming are spectacular. The boat to and from the platform is also great fun.

MUST DO!!!!! - Please do yourself a favour and go to cloud 9 the service was 5 stars all the way, the cocktails were DELICIOUS, the atmosphere is overwhelming and it’s all made with love!!! What a pleasant day I had and what a way to spend my 40th birthday.

10/10 - Amazing experience start to finish! I can even put the vibe into words because it was indescribable. Highly recommended the morning session as the sea is calmer and the platform is dry.

Beautiful day out in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, wonderful staff - Amazing day, and cannot fault at all the staff of the platform. Extremely friendly, hospitable and catered to our every need. The platform itself is quite large with a lot of seating areas, and generally not too crowded. Snorkelling was absolutely incredible, saw sea turtles, sting ray, plenty of fish directly in front of platform in the snorkelling zone. Water was beautifully warm and clear. There were several overly drunk people on board who made the boat ride back a bad experience, but was not to the fault of the staff. Definitely recommend using your tab to get pizza and a few drinks instead of all alcohol. There were several families on board but due to the amount of drunk people (there for a bachelor's party) not sure how much children would get out of it, although they all seemed to be having fun and enjoyed the snorkelling. Boat there and back was comfortable, and staff were amazing. Definitely recommend, great value for money with included bar tab which was more than enough!

great day out but DJ hopeless - The staff, food and drinks were fantastic second to none but if you wanted music to make it a party boat then wrong place the DJ was hopeless and didn't do anything for the atmosphere. the staff made that!!
Poor music, genetic for most of the time and then 2 good dance songs as we were leaving.
Thankfully the staff were great!! Bula!
