Additional Information
Cloud 9, a delicately handcrafted institution run by a family, is a relaxed and authentically elegant place. It maintains a fun, unassuming atmosphere with a stunning sundeck, multiple day beds, and a top-notch surround sound audio system. The package comes with free hotel transfers from accommodations within Nadi and Denarau locations. Transfers from Coral Coast, Vuda and Lautoka resorts can be scheduled for an additional charge of FJD20, payable by card on the same day.
IMPORTANT: Due to the ongoing pandemic, we have temporarily stopped providing snorkel masks and mouthpieces. We kindly request our guests to bring their own.
NOTE: Our 1:00 PM departure is conditional and will only proceed if a minimum of 25 guests are booked.
Guests vacationing on nearby islands like Plantation, Malolo, Musket, Matamonoa, Mana, Castaway, Treasure, among others, can arrange their transfers to CLOUD 9 via their resort’s water-sports activities team.
- Please advise any specific dietary requirements at time of booking
- Bring your own Towels, sunscreeen, hats and reef friendly sunglasses

- Snorkeling gear: we have 30 sets available for rental; guests are allowed to get their own
- Please do not bring your own food and drinks; this is a bar and pizzeria
- Children below 10 years are not accepted at CLOUD 9 due to safety reasons
- Please contact our sales team for any other water sports activities like parasailing, jetski and other rides which needs to be booked in advance and subject to availability (source - external suppliers)
- 01:00 PM departure is subject to operate with minimum of 25 guests. We will attempt to move guests to earlier departures if minimum numbers are not met.
- Note: Check-In begins at 8 AM till 8:45 AM and 12PM till 12:45 PM (special conditions apply for the PM trip)

Port Denarau Marina Nadi, guests are to meet at the check-in counter at 08:50AM unless informed differently by our team who will escort you to the vessel for departure. Guests are to follow our team to the hotel pick up area unless they wish to not utilize the transfers then guests may go own way
Cancellation Policy

A Must if in Fiji - Wow ... what a full day excursion. Pick up at your Hotel. Take you to the Port and your trip begins. We did the PM trip. Pick up was on time, boat to Cloud 9 went smoothly.....but did I tell you! If your young, you will thoroughly enjoy. I'm not old, but definitely not as young as I was. The young ones really do have a great time. Music, dancing and heaps of drinking. Heaps of people to get to know, and by the end of the trip, you sure will. Fantastic service, great vibe and most of all Fijian culture. Thoroughly recommended this trip!

Best day ever! - The views were amazing. You are on a floating platform with the bluest waters you’ve ever seen. You can snorkel and swim. The had a place to jump into the water which was so much fun. Pizza and drinks were available. Went with friends and it was our favorite of the whole trip. A must do in Fiji.

Great staff. - Amazing day and great vibes. Main bartender Jeremy was absolutely amazing and super nice. Went for my birthday and he was very welcoming, also gifting me a bottle of Champagne upon leaving. 10/10 recommend and appreciate all the staff, especially Jeremy.

What are you waiting for, just book it - A must see on your trip to Fiji. Beautiful blue saltwater. A tip, make sure you get off the boat first to get a good spot. Don’t forget the sunscreen. The staff was great and all around good vibe.

Good times - More of a party atmosphere so keep this in mind! Lots of younger people. Had a blast. Music was good and the ocean is just spectacular. My pizza had hair baked into it so I minus a star for sanitary reasons. Drinks are bery pricey. Otherwise I'd definitely recommend.

A great day - Nice boat ride out on calm waters. Plenty of snorkel gear and liquids. The wood fire pizza was great too. I would have given it 5 stars, but the music was a bit loud (maybe I'm just old).

Expensive party - Maybe this type of activity is for only the younger crowd, but started with a pretty lengthy boat ride , with extremely loud blaring music. Once we arrived , the cloud was pretty small with very few areas to relax. Mostly only seating available. The crew was nice. Pizza was decent. Drinks were mediocre. If you are into loud music and just partying, this is your trip. Still a bit pricey imo.

Left waiting for bus - wasted day - Very disappointed in this company’s systems and organisation skills
Failed to collect us from hotel with transfer bus and we missed the opportunity to visit
They did offer full refund so that was ok but with a tight schedule it was a wasted day we could not afford
Booked the trip with them 3 days prior - simple run sheet with expected guests would have solved this problem
