Amazing rainforest spectacular with exercise - Cycling through the rainforest is a spectacular experience. Our guide was very knowledgeable in teaching you about the land and plants along the journey. The secluded water pools and water fall was great and would suggest cycling in water shoes so you can enjoy walking through the water when you stop. It is a pretty easy ride overall.

A perfect excursion - The whole ride was memorable. The hills were challenging enough and they never stop. The waterfall trail and the wooden bridge trail was the most fun. The rain made it even more challenging.

Fun & strenuous - Fun way to see the rainforest. The waterfall was beautiful! Our 2 guides, Stefan & Sherwin were entertaining & patient with those less able to climb steep hills on a bike (me.) Tour operator was very responsive to questions ahead of time.

Fabulous Adventure - We had a great experience. Everyone was wonderful, especially Sunshine who was quite entertaining and knowledgeable. Our bicycle tour guide surprised us with tastes and smells of nature with coconut, cocoa, and cinnamon. The ride was a bit dicey at times with roots, rocks and a bit slippery. The hills were challenging, but the experience was great!

Best Honeymoon Excursion for Us - This was our favorite excursion when visiting with Sandals in St. Lucia! "Sunshine"/Erica our tour guide was entertaining and informative on the ride to the biking location. My husband and I received an unexpectedly private rainforest biking tour with Marvin which was absolutely incredible. Not only were the rainforest views and going in the waterfall once-in-a lifetime, but Marvin made the experience exceptional. He was genuine and kind. He went above and beyond with being friendly, entertaining, knowledgeable, and giving us the true perspective of a local. Since we had biked before and could keep up with him (although he was great at tailoring to our speed and skills), he took us on some extra sightseeing views. He gave us a cinnamon leaf as a keepsake and taught us about that. By the end of the bike tour, we felt like good friends and even exchanged numbers and social media with Marvin. We can not say enough good things about this experience overall!

Cycling adventure - We had a really good time. Tupac our cycling guide was amazing, he was very knowledgeable about all the different plants and fruit trees in the park. We had a great day which ended in the waterfall with some coconut that Tupac got for us from one of the trees.

Adventurous - This was an extreme level adventure. We rode up and down hills with lots of roots, rocks, and slippery mud. It was not for a novice. You should also be in good shape because the hills are very difficult. It was a lot of fun. Very scary and too much for me but for people that like bike riding, I think they would love it.

Challenging but amazing - Awesome bicycling experience overall but definitely more challenging than we thought! Seriously thought I wasn’t going to make it a few times, lol, very steep hills, very slippery, and maneuvering around lots of big rocks/tree trunks/etc. My bike was also in poor condition, the seat kept slipping down and the chain kept coming loose, so the guide had to stop and help me fix the chain several times. It was still a great day, the waterfall is really beautiful and the rainforest is amazing. We even got to taste raw cocoa fruit, fresh off the tree. I recommend to wear a bathing suit so you can take a dip in the waterfall! They offered us locally made sandwiches & juice afterwards which was very nice. It’s worth it but just know that you will be tired and sweaty after.

Very fun, a unique experience! - We were picked up at our hotel and they were on time which was greatly appreciated! Our tour guide, "Sunshine", gave us great information as we took the 45 min drive to Dennery. She was a lot of fun and engaged everyone on the bus. Upon arrival, there were 6 of us on the cycling trip and "Sunshine" was one of our tour guides (very happy to have her!). We rode a short while up a very steep paved incline and then rested, took pictures, and ate fresh mangoes. We then rode back down the steep incline to a section where we left our bikes and hiked through the forest to the waterfall area. It was little rocky, but not too bad. The waterfall wasn't much, but it was very high. Again, we ate a different type of mango, then hiked back up to the bikes. This is where we went on the real jungle biking! We had our younger son with us (12 yr) and the trek was too difficult for him. It's true mountain biking with many large rocks, huge tree roots to navigate and slick surfaces. "Sunshine" took our son under her wing and helped him navigate -we were so thankful that she took the extra time to help him so the rest of us could enjoy the trek. "Sunshine" went above and beyond to help everyone and make sure we all had a great time. Although the actual biking was only about 45 minutes, it was very unique and fun. When it states 4 hrs - that includes travel to/from hotel, biking, hiking, waterfall, and resting. Highly recommend.
