All of our drivers will be ready at the airport 30 minutes before the flight lands. Our driver will be holding a sign with the customer’s name at the meeting point in the airport to ensure we pick up the correct person who ordered our service. After that, our driver will take you to the parking area, help you into the car, and be ready to drop you off at your hotel in Bali. The travel time depends on your destination; for example, if you are staying in Ubud, it will take about 1 hour from the airport.
This service only covers pickup and drop-off in the Bali area, including Ubud, Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Kerobokan, Canggu, Sanur, Nusa Dua, Uluwatu, Jimbaran, Denpasar city, and the Keramas area.
For destinations outside these areas, we will charge an additional fee depending on the location, as it is outside the area we cover.
